Weve been going to this Ruby Tuesday for more than 10 years, and generally have had good meals here. The salad bar is normally well tended, and kept clean. The food from the kitchen has usually been very good, and the service has generally been excellent. But our latest visit, on Sunday for lunch, was not at all like our normal experiences. They did a really poor job. The salad bar was okay, but we had to sort through the plates because several were either dirty, or really wet. There were a few items which did not have any service utensil available, so we had to make do with what was out there. And the service was not good. I had ordered a meal, along with the salad bar. Normally, when we do that, we get our salads right after we put our order in, and about the time we are just finishing our salads, the food from the kitchen comes out. It did not work out that way on Sunday. We were sitting & waiting for the food from the kitchen, and finally after about 15-20 minutes, I had to walk around to find our server and ask about the food. She looked at me like I was bothering her, and assured me it would be up in a couple of minutes. So I returned to our table, and waited another 15 minutes or more. Finally, she came by and told me that the manager would be out with our order and to talk with me. When he came out, he had a plate of fries, but nothing else. He tried to tell me that everything just got crazy in the restaurant, and that our food would be out shortly. I looked around - there may have been 10 other parties in the entire restaurant, so I knew the manager was fibbing, but at the end of the day, someone screwed up our order, either by not putting it in, or getting lost in the kitchen. And I overheard at least two other parties complaining to either the manager or their server about their experience (broken seat for one, and ice cold pizza kids meal for another). So it wasnt just us with the bad experience that day. I will give them some credit - they did give us $10 off of our bill because of the delays, which was probably the least that they could do. But Ill also tell you that it will be a while before we go back to this Ruby Tuesday.

Im not the biggest fan of Ruby Tuesday to begin with, but this one was just worst than usual. I ordered a Triple Prime, which us supposed to be made with some super high-end meat. It wasnt high-end. It actually tasted worse than McDonalds, and thats saying a lot. Ive had the triple prime in the past, at other locations and its generally pretty good. A solid menu item. Not at this location. The patty was drier than the Sahara desert. The bun was hard like a hockey puck. The fries tasted like they were cooked in the left over grease youd find in the dumpster behind the aforementioned McDonalds. It was a terrible experience. But hey, at least those croutons are still awesome.

Oohhhh RT. Your saving grace was the mushroom and Swiss burger. My husband decided to do the Philly cheesesteak potstickers which were also quite good! But the salad bar. Oh my God. The salad bar. Take some pride if you are going to serve fresh fruits and vegetables! I actually had to ask the greeter to replace the broccoli as it was so brown I felt in danger of getting sick. Soggy spring mix and then there were the tomatoes....cherry....literally decomposing in that bowl. And the grapes speak for themselves as pictured. What you ask? No. Those are not raisins. Should you step up that salad bar I would have rated you a solid 4.

Their salad bar is good. Their service and food quality has gone downhill the last few times we visited. One night we put our names on a 30-45 min waiting list. One of the other customers noticed empty tables, and the 3 hosts that were standing around by the door said they were "short staffed" that night and could not get the tables cleared! We left.

Waitress was awesome...that is all! Food was old and wilted at salad bar, I could have used all of our steaks as tires on Mack trucks. We spent $150 bucks, I have had better food at a hospital for free. Never going back....I have BTW eaten at many other Ruby Tuesdays and never had this happen, I feel it is bad management, get it together folks.

Menu changes not made know until you order and then are told you cant receive it because its no longer available. Ordered fire wings they were not done. Ordered chicken pasta broccoli was over done and pasta El dente. Manager and server seem nice though but I will not be returning when I visit York again.

My wife loves their steaks. The salad bar is a plus. The waitstaff are very good. The atmosphere is relaxed and sometimes quieter than most. We have become "regulars." I heartily recommend this Ruby Tuesday. Be sure to sign up at the Ruby Tuesday website for email coupons!

The last two times I went there the service and food was terrible! The bartender couldnt,get his head out of his ass long enough to actually care about the customer. The food,is dry and overcooked and the service is terrible. Will NOT be going back

I was skeptical at first gloomy not much service. Had them make a personal preference drink which was made by Alexis our waitress did an amazing job. Service was great she has very good hospitality skills. Go Ravens

Everyone in the family finds something on the menu to enjoy. They are close to home with good food and relaxing setting. Their "Garden Bar" is perfect when you want a great salad with your meal.

I have always enjoyed eating here. Good salad bar, always fresh. Food is very good and service is friendly. Ample parking and close to highway. Try it you wont be disappointed.
