Too crowded every time I tried to be here. But I recently got to enjoy being here without waiting in line at all. It was pretty quiet. So I was happy to order some bagels. Yet this person behind the counter didnt seem to care much about her customers. She would just put a huge bag of bagels in your hands, knowing that youre holding a hot cup of coffee. Youve tried to refuse by being slow to receive the bag, but she wouldnt stop putting it on you until you spill some coffee on your hands. This didnt happened to me. But it happened to another customer in line. Believe it or not, the person behind the counter didnt even apologize to the poor customer; she didnt seem to care at all. And she didnt do a good job taking my order either. The person who was actually getting my bagels made me repeat myself 2-3 times as if hes newly taking my order. I already told the other lady behind the counter the specifics (e.g., have all my bagels sliced, which cream cheese I want, etc.). I couldnt understand why I needed to repeat my order to someone else. Then I realized that many people are waiting in line. No wonder fast service cant be achieved without being able to take order efficiently.

My husband and I have been a faithful customers of Panera ever since they opened in Timonium. We always used Panera as our local bakery, our source of breads, particularly their baguette. Recently, Panera has changed their recipe and perhaps their baking time or temperature. The result is a soft, white bread more akin to Wonder bread or Italian bread than a French baguette, which should have a crisp crust on the outside and a chewy texture on the inside, a bread hearty enough to dunk into soups, mop up olive in salads, make delicious toasted rounds, or serve with wine and cheese. Lamentably, the new "baguette" holds up to none of these. Au revoir, Panera!

I use to eat here all the time, but recently I had a bad experience when I ordered my regular, a cheddar and broccoli bread bowl with a baguette. As I started to eat my baguette I looked at it, and noticed a long strand of hair was baked into the bread. I’ve never had any bad experiences eating here before other than this one experience. Unfortunately this one experience has deterred me from eating here again. They have a very nice staff work here, they gave me a full refund. I just suggest that if you eat here you should probably check your food.

On a Saturday afternoon, this restaurant was not very crowded. After my meal, I accidentally left my purse behind. When I came back to get it, all of my cash was gone. The manager said it was turned in by an employee who was cleaning the dining area. With the time frame, I strongly believe either the manager or the busses stole my money

No watermelon for the watermelon salad, no baked chips anymore, and the bacon turkey bravo had 2 slices of turkey. Soooo disappointed :( Service was great, but I am not coming back anytime soon.) #paneradisappoint

St.Louis Bread factory is and has been the best! I have been eating at this chain before it became Panera (still St Louis Bread Factory in the STL). Green tean is amazing!

I always order the Frontega Chicken panini. For the past few months, there has been times where Ive found arugula in my panini, which I am mildly allergic to.

It doesnt seem as clean as other Panera breads, the food is pretty much the same as you would get at any other P.B.
