Ive become a frequent flier at Deli Delicious. They have some of the best sandwiches, with fresh bread made that day, along with cheeses from all over the world! The best part, if youre in a rush, they normally have pre-packaged sandwiches that they put together that morning... if you have a bit more time (my personal preference), you can just walk up to the counter and talk to them and theyll make a custom sandwich for you. The atmosphere there is great too. They have seating outside, as well as inside. The shop is family run, and one of the family members is almost always there - and every single one of them is knowledgeable about the food and area! (I personally like working with one of the owners, picking a single item [bread, or cheese, or deli meat], and then letting them pick the rest of my sandwich -- you always end up with a great meal but something a bit different that way!). They have some great food for breakfast, lunch, and even for hosting parties (Ive bought full cakes to-go for parties there, as well as AMAZING cheese platters). Lastly, they even sometimes host cool pop-up events there - so talk to the owners and get to know them - they are wonderful people!

This place is a hidden gem in York City. In a central location right by 83, York Hospital, and York College and only minutes from downtown York, authentic Italian owners make authentic Italian sandwiches. The word deli is misleading because there is so much more then just the amazing sandwiches and beautiful array of delicious cheeses and meats from all over the world. From the espressos and gelatos to the desserts like tiramisu and the cookies and biscotti as well as a selection of Italian spreads and soups made from scratch. This place is a must go! And the owners are the kindest, friendliest people on earth. Great Italian music and great atmosphere, perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch, deli needs, or just a stop and go for something sweet!

This is my new favorite lunch spot. DD has an assortment of really good, fresh sandwiches and wraps (on what have to be fresh baked rolls), as well as a wide selection of side items. The place has a definite Mediterranean/North African influence - one taste of the hommus or tabouli and you will be a convert. Their desserts include cakes, cheesecakes, gelato, and muffins. Yum! Last, I would be remiss not to mention the cheese counter - I have never seen so many different cheeses represented in a single place, in York anyway. This restaurant brings something new, delicious, and very special to our fair city. Viva Deli Delicious!

I cannot say enough good things about deli delicious. The best selection of fine cheeses that Ive encountered in the area. Delicious breads made fresh on site. The sandwiches and salads are very good. And best of all, world class service. I wish York had more places like deli delicious. I visit deli delicious every time I come home.

Great sandwiches, friendly service, fresh ingredients, superior hummus, all sides are delicious (though a bit small), Cobb salad is the bomb, clean and cozy atmosphere. Can be a bit intimidating when you first walk in, so just order the prosciutto peppadew sandwich and gelato the first time you go, and then build out from there.

I love the turkey apple brie sandwich! The deli and cheese selection is more than ample and the atmosphere is light and comfortable! I have been there for working lunch meetings as well as personal gatherings with friends. If you havent been yet, do stop in for great food and an enjoyable experience.

Great selection of cheeses, soups, salads, etc! I go here all the time for lunch and dinner. They offer great to go meals – including wonderful premade sandwiches (love their turkey and apple sandwich!). Whenever we have a party, we go here for all our artesian cheeses and meats.
