Im not sure that this even deserves 1 star bit in order to give a reciew i guess i habw to give it something. Food was awful. My friend and I both ordered cheese burgers medium well and both cheese burgers came out RARE!!!!!! After informing the waitress, she said she would correct the issue. When she came back, it was the SAME burgers that we sent back. Not even a new burger. And to to it off, my burger was now well done and my friends was still rare in the middle. The manager came over and asked if we wanted a free desert, side or appetizers for our trouble. Um, NO. PASS. I would have much rather had them remove something off or bill especially since even after sending it back, they still screwed it up. I have seriously given this place enough chances and I think this will be the absolute LAST time I will be eating at this establishment. I would rather go to a truck stop and deal with the smell of diesel than come back here again. My best advice to anyone and everyone is STAY AWAY!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Dont waste your time or money!!!!

I dont know how this place got any stars, the food sucks. I ordered the Rocky Mt Chicken and receive one very small, thin, desert dry piece of chicken. The bbq sauce, cheese and bacon were thicker than the chicken. And also a small scoop of mashes potatoes....no gravy nor butter all for almost $15. McDonalds has better quality food and thats not saying much.

This place has gone down. the salad bar sucks, lettuce need to be washed not a lot of choices they keep refilling the pots instead of transferring which means old stuff is on the bottom. over priced, and quality of food is mediocre. Menu items suck. They need to go back 10 years and bring back those items.

went there and spent over a $100 to get flagged by management, mind you there was no issues, no disturbances, but yet made my group feel like they where flagged due to the typical profiling. Very offended and wouldnt direct anyone of my peers there if treated the way we were

Ive given Ruby Tuesday many chances, and Im never satisfied. At this point its my own fault for going back so often, but I cant get enough of those biscuits. Ive put up with poor service, cold food, wilted or wet lettuce, and incorrect checks just for those things!

terrible took our waitress 15 minutes to get to the table then we order knew sooner finishing order and we got a to the salad bar and our food was at the table already timing was very bad the food was good the salad bar was fully stopped never did get rolls

Great food with nice portion control, just enough without over the top portions that would leave you stuffed. Wish that the salad bar plates were cleaner. I had to sort through multiple plates with visible food stuck on them before finding a clean one.

I go their often, they have a good salad bar. I also enjoy their soup. I dont really understand there policy on the small biscuits they make, They never have enough. Wait times are usually not long. They accept coupons and are handicap friendly.

Food was absolutely enjoyable and very tasty!!!! My family and I enjoyed ourself to the fullest. Waitress was very pleasant to have. And the staff worked together really nice. Would definitely spend my money here again anytime!

Josh Long does very well running the kitchen. When I had a question regarding a menu item he was very friendly and knowledgeable despite the busy restaurant. Staff was full of very pleasant and energetic youth.
