Lets address the first issue , you go to the drive Thru to make your life easier! Right? Well it seems that when you go to the Willow Grove BK you order then directed to pull over to the handicapped spot and wait for your food, the first 2-3 times ,, ok maybe they are busy? But looking behind me no cars why am I pulling over .... so I pull over and wait..... they bring the food out and now we have to do some driving maneuvers to get out of parking lot to get out... okay like I said a few times ok.... but it has been every stinking time now! So Im wondering why... then it dawns on me!!! They are trying to beat timed service!! They are trying to make their window times which they cant do! Well heres an idea get people on the drive thru that dont gossip while you are waiting to pay them, people who say thank you! And people whos accents are hard to understand.this is whats going on... Not to mention they forgot part of our order after my husband had to get out go back to window and tell them, they gave us free fries... so there ya go probably onlya 45 cent loss but all the same a loss so it seems this Burger King needs some Retraining!!! Put the right people in the right place and you wont have to cheat the times! So after this last time I was on the phone with corporate while waiting for our messed up order waiting in the parking lot! Not the drive thru which was empty! I wanted to know why this is happening here to see if theres an issue with this location or are they cheating times! So onto today I get a call from the district manager.....Travis... it seems Travis doesnt like working on saturdays, because he didnt really want to hear me, he just kept saying that the practice of pulling overshould be a one off, and that he spoke to manager and he actually used the words Blah Blah Blah! Told me to call him if it happens again! Well Im not letting this go I want to see if this BK is really going to change. Burger Kings slogan HAVE IT YOUR WAY! Yes please can I have the right order in my bag at the drive thru with people that are kind and courteous and clear and concise. Is that too much to ask? So if you want to have it your way eat somewhere else!

Every time I go here or my husband goes here we NEVER GET THE RIGHT ORDER I have probably paid over 50 bucks in added bacon and never get the bacon but never want to go back and complain but today was the last time being on the late side with like one other customer in there they still forgot the bacon but damn sure didnt forget to charge me the extra to add it to both my sandwichesand when I called to let them know I never got the add on no answer just rings rings rings !!!!!

I dont eat fast food often & Im not gonna say "OH MAN THE FOOD WAS AMAZING" because its effing fast food who cares. BUT the staff working were incredibly polite especially for a night shift crowd (having worked fast food myself before I know how tiring it can get). Gotta say, whoevers working there now all deserve some sort of raise because they were the sweetest women, seriously!

This is as hit-or-miss as a fast food joint gets. More than a few times (especially during high volume times like lunch or dinner hours) the service has been terrible and the food worse than youd expect. That said, Ive come here a couple times and had a good experience, but not often enough to want to spend my money here again in the future.

Also Not Dan Its Really Not Me
The manager is extremely rude, the staff is poorly trained, and the service is slow. I once waited ten minutes for 2 $1 items, then had to leave without them so I wouldnt miss my bus. Went back the next day and the manager pretended he didnt remember me, even though I (politely) told him why I was leaving without my order.

Someone keeps putting thumbnail holes in my dipping sauce. Dont know her name, but its been the same girl 3 times in the drive through. Not gonna make a fuss about it- Id just go without the sauce, but someone should know. Also, Food quality varies wildly- mostly good though.
