So Ive been here many many times food usually pretty good service Sometimes good sometimes bad tonight and a drive-thru horrible I pulled up to the window to pay the kid & he acted like I was bothering him by being there.. he basically threw my Sunday & change at me and slammed the window shut. Was a little taken back but figured its hot & prob a long day for him...I waited for the rest of my food & was going to ask him for sauce for my Nuggets.. before i could get the question out, window comes flying open as he says spoons in bag -throws the bag at me, slams the window closed & walks away... I drove away because I was going to rip into this kid and I didnt want to make a scene. So i only libe 2 mins away & my change he gave me was still in my lap so I pick it & quickly realize he shorted me $10 .. he just gave me 4 $1s. & change. My order was only $4.80. Gave him a $20 & he said $15.20 when he gave me my change back but he definitely didnt give it to me. So completely annoyed and normally I would go back and call it to their attention but Im not in the mood to have to go back & dont wanna get mean so Im going to chalk it up to I should have paid attention & probably wont be back.

Never get it your way and was ask by the person taking my order what you want me to do about it. If i want something to eat i have to get it plain cause they dont get the concept of litght lite condiments. You take a bite and ketchup mustard and mayonnaise drops from the sandwich onto your clothes thats why I like light condiments Ive said on more than one occasion they put too much mayonnaise ketchup and mustard on a sandwich and that it has messed my clothes up and they dont care someone needs to address this issue because Im sure Im not the only one thank you for your time dont need no response

Food is ALWAYS cold! Order is NEVER right! Asked for extra cheese payed for extra cheese and they still only put one piece on! If i pay for it and its on my receipt why is it so hard for the people in the back to follow directions? Where do you find your employees? My son is 6 years old and can read and follow directions! Worst Burger King i have ever been to!

They mess up my order almost every time. But the food is pretty much what youd expect from BK. Its close to my apartment so I keep going.

Food is never great, plenty of options. Its fast food you cant expect it to be amazing. Just tried the Fruit Loop shake and its yummy!
