What can I say, but Our Deli is most likely the best Deli that I have ever visited. The food is great, the servers and other staff are friendly, and the owner always will do what needs to be done so you leave with the feeling that you had a great dining experience. I have been going to Our Deli for years now and also frequent their Butcher Shop to buy poultry and meats for home cooked meals. I am a contractor and sometimes I will drive out of my way to eat at Our Deli, knowing the food will be prepared to my liking every time. I like that the menu changes and that I have the option to customize my meals the any way I want. And its always done right, the first time.

Theres a new soup on the menu - called Cream of Chipped Beef... You order cream chipped beef and it comes out watery just like soup. You have an extremely apologetic waitress who brings it to the attention of the cook and the cook says the customer must of added water - amazing! The waitress then tried to stick up for us and another waiter said, thats right, the customer is always right! Note to the rude waiter, before you speak about any customer, you should look to see where they are standing! Lexi, sorry for their ignorance and thank you for your service you were wonderful!

We have been coming here for years as our traditional weekend brunch routine. The staff is so sweet, and even remembered us not being there where we were away for our Honeymoon and Wedding Weekend. Most recently, my local office and I ordered and something was left behind at the Restaurant- they hand delivered it less than 15 min later even though we told them not to even worry about it! Reviews are mostly for complaints, but people local or visiting should know this is absolutely the place to go.

They say they are open until 8 on weeknights, but at 7:30 yelled at us in the parking lot that they were closing. There was no apology, no offer of what we could get, no offer to compensate us for the inconvenience, just "We were slow and decided to close", as she stood guarding the door to keep us out.

Excellent deli, with very good Boars Head lunch meats. Food is consistently good, if a bit expensive. Always can get a table, even at lunchtime, and the staff and owners are very friendly. Much better than the fast food alternatives in the area, and they have a diverse menu. Check it out.

Ive always liked Our Deli since I started going there over a year ago. But this day they got my order wrong and I was very disappointed. It seems like the cook didnt pay attention to the ticket and didnt put any onions or green peppers on my cheese steak at all.

it is funny that the manager is posting reviews on here. I like this place but am disappointed by the dishonesty. the food is good. you dont have to make up fake reviews, bekim. would have given 5 if not for that.
