Every time I come here they get my order wrong. They dont seem to care that they got your order wrong and dont offer you a discount on your next visit or money off your meal, half the time they dont even ask if you want it remade, they just say sorry about that. The food tastes great though, some of the best omelettes Ive ever had. The last time I ordered here i asked for regular eggs and they made me an egg white omelette. It looked great but I ordered regular eggs and asked for it to be remade. While I was waiting they brought the couple next to me their breakfast, and they screwed up their order as well. They brought my plate out 2 minutes later and it was the same thing. They just put it back on heat and burned it so it looked a little darker, but you could clearly see it was still just egg whites. If they cared about your order more and didnt mess it up all the time Id give this place 5 stars for breakfast

Great breakfast, but was really disappointed in the desserts. They look beautiful, but actually tasted not great at all, almost as if they had gone bad. Cake pops were dry, and the tiramisu tasted bad. Was just bummed because I had such high hopes, not to mention the person helping us that evening was not helpful at all, and seemed inconvenienced that we were even there. Id go to Giant Eagle for cake before I came here again.

I ate there branch recently. I regretted and I was unhappy. First, the coffee was so weak and taste almost like hot water. I ordered "Egg Benedict" which is over priced. Kings can make it better for cheap price. Though here they shows the picture of Egg Benedict with some fruit, there is no fruit on the dish. I will not go there anymore.

Great !! Great !! Great !! Fantastic treats and food followed by extremely friendly service. We try to go every sunday to pick up treats for our family movie night. I have never been let down, every time we go we are always glad we did. Our sweet tooths are fully satisfied , every time.

Not good for the first time. I was new in the area and trying to find great places to get pastries and coffee. The coffee was awful, so dull with no taste at all and my pastry was so so - neither great nor bad. I will give it a try again and see if this time I have a better experience.

The (grown) woman cashier who took our order was clearly very annoyed to be waiting on customers. Music (at 845am) was excessively loud and raucous, forcing most customers outside onto the chairs/tables, which no one had wiped down after an early morning rain.

Awesome for breakfast and lunch. Everything is always good and well-presented. The artichoke-chicken soup and grilled-chicken and pear salad was incredible!! And dont even get me started on all of the baked treats...;oP
