DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! I went to the drive though last night (9/29/16 4:30p) and i got a kids meal which consisted of a Chicken Egg Roll and Chow Mein, the Plate option for myself which consisted of Pepper Chicken, General Tsos and Steamed Veggies and an Extra Chicken Egg Roll. I went through the drive through got the food and it didnt take long and everyone was very polite. i had maybe a 10 min drive home and when i arrived home and opened the kids meal first to prep and split between my kids i found the food to be at room temp. The chow mein noodles were not very warm, dry and hard. neither one of my kids wanted to touch it. i gave it a taste and found it had no taste and like i said not even warm. i then gave my son and egg roll and my daughter and egg roll. when i cut it i found that it was not very warm and looked liked everything was coated in something white. (I am assuming flour from what it was cooked it) but they were flavorless but crispy. My son didnt even entertain the idea but my daughter was great and gave it a try (she LOVES egg rolls) well after the 3rd bite she said no more. This was the first time i didnt mind either of them saying NO to the food. Then it was my turn. First off i ordered STEAMED VEGGIES! Not raw hard cold veggies. i should have pulled out some ranch dressing that is how hard they were. As for the Pepper Chicken is was alright AFTER i got past the gristle in the chicken. Every 3rd bite i had to stop and pick something out so i eventually gave up. The General Tsos was ok, not a ton of flavor, no spice at all but i ate it because i was hungry at this point. Please save your money do not go there normally i give everything a second chance but after spending $17 on food that none of us liked and i cant even say mediocre i will not be going back. I also never write reviews on places but i had to because i dont want to see this happen to other people. I am a stay at home mom and we are on a fixed budget so places like this is a fun thing for us to do and im not into wasting money on garbage. I will stick to our local joint and Aldis has better frozen Egg Rolls and General Tsos any day!

Ok first off, I was really happy with how fast I got my food, so fast I was wondering on my way home how the quality of my food was. Got home and first tasted the rice, NO taste, but was a little warm. Im wondering how they made fried rice with no taste.. I started thinking about how bad my chow mein would be, opened it and just knew by the look that it was old, cold, and TASTELESS. The orange chicken was okay though. Their fortune cookies even look tasteless Im scared to try. It was cheap tho, good quantity but tasteless a*s food. Im not even the type of person to leave reviews and I didnt wanna call cuz Im not going back, but this why Im not the type of person to try new stuff either

The food is definitely tasty, but probably not authentic in the least. To be fair, they dont really claim to be authentic anyway. Opening day, the 26th of August, they *were* open because I was there, in line. Another reviewer claimed they werent open on the 29th yet, but I dont see how that is possible because I was there. Anyway, the experience will likely improve as the novelty wears off and the lines go down and the workers settle in. Lots of food for the price, service was quick and friendly once we got up to the counter, despite a long line only a couple of days after opening. Will eat there again, but its not exactly my new favorite fast food restaurant.

Dont go if you are in a rush, the place was pretty dead and I still had to wait. The food is solid, they step it up a notch against any other Chinese takeaway. I feel a little more confident about what Im actually eating at Panda Express. Back to the wait time, it may be they just dont have the staff yet, but its been a couple of months now - and it was slow. Maybe the kid employees dont know what a good work ethic is...your not cooking it, your scooping it. When I checked out I felt I was inconveniencing the staff, because I interrupted her wiping down trays. What happened to the service industry?

Second night IN A ROW that you guys messed up my order number he drive through. When we went through the drive through BOTH NIGHTS the entire staff was playing games and not even helping us, you could here them joking in the background. When I called to complain the manager could not understand English so left the phone for a solid 3 minutes (I could here jibberish in the back ground) then some one speaking English picked up and I had to explain the situation AGAIN. This is obviously a daily thing with the staff there.

The food is good for what it is; American Chinese food. The bad experience I had, though, was when I ordered online. I dont know if it was just busy when I ordered or if the employees are just generally slow, but I had to wait longer than I had expected to get my food. I ordered at 7:09 pm and got the email that said my order would be ready at 7:41 pm. I arrived at the place at 7:45 pm, and SAT THERE until 8:15 pm when my food FIIIINALLYYY came out. Its probably faster to just go in and order in line than order online.

At just before Noon on the weekend before Cheistmas. Food wasnt up to par with other places. They had plain griiled chicken where the Teriyaki goes because they were out of Teriyaki. The General Tsos was bland, no sweetness at all and needed salt to have taste. The black pepper chicken had an okay kick, more than the General Tsos, but it still left much to be desired. Also... almkat everyone in line was given more (bigger portions) on their plate than me and I had the largest size...

Ordered for 4 via the app. It was very busy so I figure its why they gave us two wrong sides and totally missing another side in one of our plates. The orange chicken was good. The Gen Tso was really strange, we didnt like it. The fried rice was super dry and bland. Everything else was ok. Its not bad food but it wasnt what I expected. Drive thru Chinese though if youre starving? WIN! Probably wont go back. Oh, that parking lot is nuts.

I am not sure if I simply had a bad experience or this chain just doesnt make good food. My experience consisted of short wait times and pleasant service. However, this was tainted by the taste of food. I ordered two different types of chicken and noodles. The chicken simply tasted bad and looked old. The noodles were greasy and did not have much taste. I have only been to this restaurant once before but I would be cautious to return.

The food is typical of what you would expect from a Panda Express location, however, being that this is one of the few locations in the greater Pittsburgh area, it does tend to get pretty crowded around rush hours... If youre looking for a serene place to enjoy a meal, then this place is not for you, however, if youre willing to sacrifice peace and quiet for some Americanized Chinese food, then this is the place for you.
