I have ordered delivery from here many times over the past few years. Good prices. The food has always been hot and delivered promptly, except on one occasion when, after an hour of waiting, I called and asked about my order. They said I had given them the wrong address. I corrected them and replied that I know where I live and had given them the correct address, but they had written down the wrong address. Mistakes happen. I was polite, and they were polite. The food arrived a short time later. They must have remade the whole order, because the food was very hot and fresh. On two occasions I have gotten VERY ILL after eating their food. The first time was five or six months ago. I was up all night VOMITING and could not keep anything down for two days. I decided to give them another chance this past weekend and GOT SICK AGAIN. On both occasions I called to let them know that something was wrong with their food and to ask if anyone else has called to tell them the same. They have simply told me that it is none of my business. I will not order from here again. FOOD POISONING is not enjoyable, even if experienced only rarely.

I ordered take-out from China Lin and the service was absolutely horrible. When I got home with my food, I discovered that they had forgotten to put in a portion of what I had ordered. I called them on the phone to report their mistake and the lady who answered had the nerve to argue with me about it! After some deep breathing exercises and counting to ten, I got my menu, did some addition, and called them back. Upon going over the prices, they finally agreed that they DID FORGET my food. They didnt even apologize!!! I asked them to bring me my forgotten food and they refused telling me that I had to come and get it. I told them that bringing me my food would be the very least that they could do considering that this was their mistake and the women suddenly became very "bad at English" and repeatedly said "You come get!" over and over again. I eventually hung up the phone and ate the small portion that they did give me. Needless to say, the food was nothing to write home about. I ended up going to Wendys an hour later. Dont go here!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been customers at China Lin in lawrenceville for at least 10 years as we lived in the area and the food was great . We moved but still made the weekly drive because we loved it so much . My husband would open the door and would not even have to place his order they knew what we wanted . Suddenly within the past month or so the flavor of the general tsos has tasted horrible . This past week I couldnt even swallow the first bite . It seems there are different owners or something the recipe has changed . We are so sad because we were there every weekend . It was like our thing to do and the best . I am sorry to say we wont go back . as long as 1 of the original family members were there the food was good . Its a sad day for us . But we cant go if the food is bad

My food got here a half hour sooner then they told me and it was all really hot still!! I got an Extra rice no charge. Everything taste fresh and home made.very happy with my meal and the driver was nothing but polite. I will absolutely order again and tell everyone how good it is. Thank you so much!!they did forget my napkins and spoon but everything else is great.

The food was mediocre at best, to be honest you could do much better in terms of Chinese food in Pittsburgh. What really put me off was the delivery driver. The driver demanded a tip greater than what I had given him and refused to leave until I gave him more money. He was incredibly rude and I was very off put by this. I will never be ordering from here again.

Tryed to pay with my card when I was ordering my food. They said cash would be better. I only had my card, so she says I would have to have my picture ID. I said ok and they said they cannot do that I would need cash. How are u gonna say u take cards and then not take them with ID! I was gonna spend $70 and u just lost a customer

My husband and I have ordered take out here many times it is the best chinese take out you can find in the city. We have never eaten at the buffet just ordered take out everytime it is always excellent. Never cold always hot and enough food for usually two meals. Great Work. I suggest trying this resturant!!

I came here earlier today, and saw the workers look at me and my boyfriend walking towards the establishment and then walk away and go next door without saying a word. They could of atleast said "well be back" not leave the Open sign on and just leave. Extremely displeased to say the least.

love their Crab Rangoons! very nice staff!! The only negative thing i have expierenced is that when you find a favorite and orderer it all the time it seems different each time. Different vegtables each time maybe they go with the seasons??? But great taste always!!!!

The food here is great. I always order from here. Good quality and quick service. The buffet is small, but cheap. Dont agree with others review about the buffet... it is definitely NOT the worst buffet in town.
