When I come here, I often get told theres a 4-5 or longer minute wait on my food, and I have to wait for it in the parking lot. I understand it happens and Im not usually one to be bothered by it but its roughly 50% of the time I come here, whether its busy or off hours. The food can sometimes be really really good, and other times it tastes like its been sitting out for hours and I feel sick after eating it. The last time I came here, I couldnt eat the chicken... I tried to pawn it off on my dog... he wouldnt eat it either... the one credit is the staff is usually pretty friendly and attentive. But I probably wont be back unless Im desperate.

When i got my combo meal i couldnt get what i fully ordered they didnt want to make any more cokies for my meal and my faimilies meal they gave us biskets instead and we didnt get the biskets untill we were leaving and while we were waiting all of the workers went outsid plus are food wasnt fresh it was cold even the biskets

Even though it was a couple of hours before closing, it seemed pretty tidy. The crew was courteous. The only offset was one of the employees smoking next to the doorway and the cigarette can was by the doorway as well. Might need to designate an area. But, then again, Im just visiting from out of town.

One of if not THE best KFC I have been to in over a decade. Clean! Excellent and speedy customer service. Bathroom sink easy to use for hand washing! Love that. And food is so much better at this KFC than others. Ill travel out of my way for this. My local KFCs are now history!

Its almost guaranteed that they will forget to give you something. It happens with other places occasionally, but this is the worst place Ive come across in that regard. Dont take the drive-thru unless you plan on coming back around to get the rest of your order.

Waynesboro KFC is sooo sloppy! Every time we come here ; there is not enough wings or drumstick! They ALWAYS mess up the orders! This will be our last time coming here ! Its pathetic! We try to give them the benefit of the doubt but they always dissappoint us .

Sometimes you feel great after eating here, and sometimes you dont. It is a 50/50. The staff has always been very friendly, and if they run out of items late at night they offer other substitutes or try and make it right.

It was very good and we had to wait a little for our food but the girl up front informed us about it before we ordered which I thought was very nice and friendly and we had no problem waiting cuz it was worth the wait

They never answer their phone there! How are you supposed to get catering information? I called there 3 times and NO answer worse yet I got the annoying fax machine noise in my ear. Very unprofessional.
