Went there for lunch right at noon, place was nearly empty (should have known), went in and had a horrible lunch for all three of us & even worse drink (weak watered down Cosmo). Music was bad and was blaring right over our table. Service was slow despite asking for a quick lunch. We ordered two Onion Soups, two chicken salads and a French Dip combo. Waiter brought out one of the two waters ordered & only one of the soups. Waited another 20 minutes for the rest of the partial order - salads were pretty bad. Overall experience was horrible, food bad, service worse. will not go back to this or any other TGIFs.

This place is a joke.Not busy and 25 minutes to get a drink.We sat at the bar with 4 yes 4 other people people sitting there and we got no service.So we move to a table hoping this might help which it did to a point.We decided to order food (endless apps) which took 20 minutes to get.We watched 2 other couples walk in get service and get there food before we got ANY service.2 waitress were just sitting at a table 1 was sitting on a table.I usually dont hitch but this was TERRIBLE

I love this restaurant,but I was just there yesterday to celebrate my granddaughters birthday,the food was cold taste was not good at all .we sent the food back to have it warm came back still cold! The change at at friday was unacceptable could not believe that was the same place Ive been going for years! I would like to no.What happened to the place it has change for the bad?.I would say the waitress and manager was very apologised.whats wrong with this picture!!!

food and service was ok. According to staff, mgmt is overpaid- which is obvious there. I like the salads but just found out that my teenage son who just started working there buys his drugs from another employee- a cook. Im not certain who it is yet, but I have notified our local D.A.s office. Kenny is a good boy, but he is only a boy. Someone there is taking advantage of that!

First time visit I had the 4 appetizers for $12. Friday I ordered take-out. No one tok my order for almost 10 minutes even after taking the folks sitting next to me at the bar. Then the $12 order became $18.55. When I questioned the cost the bar tender walked away. He had my debit card already. Never will visit this location again. Will speak with a manager about this.

Consistently putting out great food! My personal favorite is there Famous Jack Daniels Ribs! Melts in your mouth. Fun upbeat atmosphere along with a huge bar surrounded by Large Flat Screen Tvs for sports fans. Nice place for a family dinner since there menu caters to all age groups and a good selection of drinks and food specials every day of the week.

Me & my boyfriend go just about once a week I am beginning to feel like a regular! They have great deals on Thursdays-$3 margaritas and $3 apps, how can you beat that? I wish the menu was larger but the atmosphere is nice and the service is much better then the one in Bensalem! Great motz. stix and great soup!

People that leave bad reviews at tgi Fridays are a waste of space. Its a glorified fast food restaurant and if you think that it is anything more than that youre a moron. My reheated frozen boneless wings were amazing, exactly what I expected from a place were all the food is frozen dinners.

I went for lunch recently. There was only a single bartender to work the bar and wait tables. It took 20 minutes for drinks to come and then another 10 for appetizers. Food is typical of any tgi Fridays, but the service is terrible. I wouldnt eat here for lunch again

great service from the waitress went in around 2 not really anyone there would be 5 star but orders a Jack berry smash but took the bartender 20 minutes just to start making it so I just got a coke instead. remember in these situations its not the waitress fault.

Honestly TGI Fridays are not as good as they hype them up to be, and the 10 buck unlimited appetizer item is a big sham, dont get that. I got a turkey burger that was kinda strange, whatever meats are inside the items dont seem to real

Slowest service ever! And it wasnt crowded at all. It took me 3 cokes just to get the appetizer. Plates and glasses were piling up in our table he never offered to take those away.
