I had my wedding at the Conewango club. When I first booked the venue it was under the old management a year and half before my wedding. Which Mike the old manager was very nice. When I saw it was under new management. I contacted the club, the new manager seem nice through emails and calls. I asked about setting up for my wedding the day before. I saw on the website that they changed the rules and you can only set up the day of the event. The new manager Josh told me I could. But they had an event the day before so I would have to set up after 9. So I scheduled my rehearsal at 4 and I was to come back in 9 for setup. The day of the rehearsal we were waiting for of the family come. A woman came out asked "us if we were there for bingo?" I said no i was there for my rehearsal. Then she ask if I was having my wedding there. The stuff knew nothing of my rehearsal and the manager wasnt even there. But they still let us in to do the rehearsal. It was hard the wait stuff would walk in front of us and just acted like we were in their way. Later on I called to talk to the manager about setting up for the wedding. The first time I called I got some woman that couldnt get my name right no matter how many times I repeated it to her. She told be that she would have the manger call me back. And hour went by and nothing so I called again and got another women, who still wouldnt let me talk to the manager. I gave her my number and told her he had to call me back. Finally he called me back. I asked about when was a good time for me to come set up. He said he doesnt allow that. When he told me 2 weeks earlier I could. Let just say I wasnt a pleasant person to him. So he said I could set up the downstairs at 10 then the upstairs after midnight. It sounded like he was trying to discourage me from it. But I was setting that night. So I told him to call me when the upstairs event was over. I called a little after 11 to see if the event was almost done. The manager told me he was locking up and leaving. I told him I would see him in about 5 minutes. When I got there he didnt greet me. Didnt even turn on the lights. We had it done in a half hour. I went down to change my head table and ask to move the flowers off the mantle of the fire place. He was very rude to me. I didnt care for him. That made me so stressed. Was the things I request going to be done. But luckily they were. The day of my wedding was fine. Some of the wait stuff was great others just didnt seem to care to be there. The bartender was doing to much stuff so people were waiting for drinks because she was gone a lot. The manager never congratulated us, asked us how everything was, never checked in. He just came up and glared at us wanted us to pay him. It was a beautiful venue and the food was good. But the manager is rude and has poor people skills and should not be in this business.

Love the waitstaff, they were so helpful and kind. The night of my wedding was seemless thanks to them. The food was awesome as always. So many compliments on the food! Not impressed with the new manager at all. I couldnt set up the night before for my wedding so had to go in that morning -no biggie. No one management was there but door was unlocked. Not enough tables were even set up ...which I specifically emailed to the manager about - but something he should know being in charge of a banquet hall. I asked for tables to be set by the railing for a gift table (where they are always for weddings there). No tables were there. Heavy chairs and coffee table were there instead which we had to move. No table for the dj. I ended up moving furniture, setting tables, moving chairs the MORNING of my wedding. Thats not ok. I was so upset, luckly I knew where everything was. Manager told me the staff could do minimal decorating the night before.... except he never told them. I specifically brought in my tablr runners at 830 the night before and he saw them....and said all my stuff was in room downstairs. No table runners were set saturday morning. I found that the manager was extremely unhelpful and openly lied to me about the things that would be done by Saturday morning. I should not be moving furniture, setting tables , making sure the dj had a table the morning of my wedding. Also the prices given to me by the previous manager were not honored. Two days later someone asked my mom how the mens club was for weddings and she repeated all of this to them. So disappointed :(

The food is great. Best fine dining in Warren. The buffets are good, too, and sometimes they have kid-friendly special events.

Courteous staff and great decor! Food was excellent. Rooms are a little small and compressed at 170 people though.

Mediocre food and service. Loud, echo-y, and little ambiance. Very limited wine menu.
