This is the place to eat if you like long waits, even when the place isnt busy, bad attitudes from the waiter (notice waiter, not waitstaff- the guy that waited on us last night was terrible), and cold food. Now I can deal with waiting; though I dont like to. I can deal with attitudes; I know waiting tables is an abysmal job. What I cant deal with is food served so cold it poses a public health hazard. The chicken in my pasta was well below body temperature. The wait to get a table, combined with the wait for our waiter to take our drink orders was about 20 minutes. Once he did arrive, he gave a bit of an attitude about getting our drink orders and tried to leave the table. I had to yell to him, as he was walking away, that I would just have an ice water, with no lemon. It took almost 20 minutes for my ice water to arrive. It did have lemon in it, and I let our waiter know. He gave me a look of disdain, and tried to leave the table without taking our appetizer or food orders. I asked him if he was too busy to wait on us, and if we should request someone else. Another 20 minutes passed and he finally returned to get our food orders. Since so long had passed (almost an hour), we ordered appetizers and our meals at the same time. The appetizer arrived in about ten minutes. Our food arrived almost 20 minutes after the appetizer. I find it difficult to describe how cold the food was. I ordered Chicken Alfredo, and the chicken was cold to the touch. The pasta was so cold the sauce had begun to gel on the top of the dish. My dinner date had the pork chop special, which was luke warm at best. She also had fries, which were icy, and a baked potato, which wasnt exactly baked. It felt as if the meals were done at the same time as the appetizer, but were allowed to sit so we could get the appetizer first. The only alternative I can think of is that the waiter allowed our food to sit because I had questioned his availability to wait our table. Either way, it is a poor way to run a restaurant and a poor way to handle customers. To give this place a fair shake, I ate there once before, and had a much better experience. I would like to give it another chance, but am unsure I want to risk my health to do it.

I have been going to Leos restaurants since I was a young girl when his dad started the pub. The food is just as good as it was when his father started the wisniewski empire if not better. Leo is always coming up with different ideas for his menu and keeps his restaurants very up to date and clean. Any time we go in Leo is usually there working. Everyone wonders what will come of the place once Leo is gone. His "manager"/bartender is awful. Mean.... Never smiles and makes you feel uncomfortable. You know she hates her job and everyone she works with and she lets people know when shes out drinking. A friend of mines Daughter worked there and was forced to quit because she bullied her. Im sure Leo wouldnt appreciate his manager throwing so much slander around in public. Its unprofessional and makes her look like Trash. Thats how she represents her in-laws business. She should feel blessed to have a high position handed to her because of who she is in a relationship with. We no longer sit at the bar unless the old man is working. Everyone feels bad because Leo has put so much into his business for his children and its being tainted by a negative prospect. After Leo passes on people believe that the business wont make it. If he continues to allow his management to treat people the way they do theyll end up with lawsuits against them. Or the bully manager will one day come face to face with an angry mother. A lot of mothers will not let their children apply there because of the "rumor" that the manager bullies the kids and other women. The rest of the staff is very kind and attentive. I feel bad they are forced to put up with such an ill-natured nasty woman at their work place.

Waited 20 minutes to get in. No problem for the wait. After we was seated it took 15 minutes before we seen our waitress to get drinks. After we ordered our food we waited another hour and 15 minutes before our waitress told us our food will be right out, after that we did get our food for another 20 minutes. Management did not make us pay but we didnt even get our full order. This will never be visited by me or my family again. The service was absolutely terrible and the employees could of done a better job. The owner was walking around and never even came up to us to make sure everything was ok or to apologize. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! !!

The service could not have been better. The food was excellent. Despite being with a large party, our server was at the top of her game, she not only kept everyone satisfied, she took the time to reassure my five year old, who was quite upset. (She ripped the childrens paper menu and was convinced, in the way children get things in their heads, that they were "gonna kick me out!" because of it) The food was absolutely wonderful and well priced. Im only sad I live four hours away! Definitely give this place a go. Its decidedly worth it. Bring quarters for parking though.

When I saw this other persons bad review I was really surprised and wonder if this person has a problem or what. Leo and Sons is my favorite place to eat and I highly recommend it. Lets start with their great salad bar which I could just eat that if I had to. A lot of the the choices on the salad bar look and taste like they are made in house and not bought like a lot of other places. My favorite thing to get here is the wild fire tuna sandwich with remoulade sauce but always am happy what ever I get. Hope the person tries this place again, I think they are wrong!

We had a fantastic New Years eve experience. Fantastic & delicious food, served with efficiency and a big smile. We had reservations for a party of 10. An hour before our reservation we asked to add one more. And then to top it all off, we asked for 2 more to join us as we walked in the door. Not only did the staff accommodate us, they did it happily. New Years eve is a difficult time at restaurants but we shared a great meal with good company and a pleasant staff. Hats off to our waitress and staff for helping us ring in 2015 on a pleasant note.

Very clean. Service was good-no hovering or over sharing-tea stayed filled, table was pre-bussed. We had the perogi app and salad bar. The app was heavy (potato, cheese, butter, pasta-so no suprises). The salad bar was well tended, clean, enough options to make most folks happy and includes desserts at a reasonable price. Overall pleasant trip to Mt Pleasant for dinner and drive in movie.

A wonderful food menu. Leo contributes much to the community with on the diamond gazebo entertainment. Also, different entertainment in the restaurant. They have a great outdoor patio. My favorite is the wildfire tuna sandwich with sour dough bun on the side. My husband loves the grilled chicken salad in the homemade shell. Also, a great sports bar.The decor is a tribute to our military.
