The cafe has great atmosphere and good coffee. It really stands out in Scranton. But...and its a big but...the cafe lattes are good in the small size. But if you order a 16 or 20 ounce cafe latte, they just add more milk and charge you an extra 90 cents or more. So you end up with a watered down latte. Actually, its not a latte anymore as a latte should be 1 part espresso to 4 parts milk. Unlike other cafes, they dont include a second shot of espresso with the larger sizes unless you pay yet another dollar or more. So a 20 ounce latte that costs $3.50 to $4.00 at other places costs $5.00 to $6.00 here. When I asked the guy behind the register why they serve larger lattes without adding more espresso, he just shrugged his shoulders.

To be clear, this is a coffee and tea shop. The food is good, but very limited. I didnt remove any stars because its not meant to be a cafe, just a coffee shop. That being said, the atmosphere is very relaxed, chill, and pleasant. The teas are all excellent, Ive heard the coffee is fantastic, and in general its a nice place to come with your lover or friend and chat over a cup of coffee. Definitely the best coffee place on the square.

I really enjoy the vibe of this place - very cozy and cool. What I like is that youll see college students writing papers sitting next to businessmen in suits reading the paper and everything inbetween. While Im not a big fan of the coffee here, Ill stop in for a latte every so often, because theyre done right. Do not miss out on the cookies - they are delicious!

I got a double latte, which I get everywhere always. It was undrinkable. The bitterness made me squench my face. Also we tried to order a breakfast burrito, and their microwave broke. "It worked before you got here." Im not sure how we were supposed take that. Next time I will find a Starbucks even though I would always prefer local.

Great coffee with beans from Gimmie! Coffee and some local roasters. Cant vouch for all of their food, but their cookies are massive and tasty. The place does tend to get a bit crowded, but thats not a negative -- just a testament to their customer base.

Great place to relax..best latte around..Great employees.. only one thing can make it better...if they would build a second entrance with blower to prevent cold air from freezing us out every time someone opens the door which is every other minute..

They serve amazing coffee. Nice quiet place, great lunch type of foods and desserts. Like what Starbucks should really be. UNCLE GERRY’S TIP: Bring a pound home, and use a french press to make some top-notch coffee and always grind your own beans.

A comfortable small business place that is great for all ages, mostly young adults. Wonderful selection of beverages and foods. Beautiful atmosphere. Wonderful staff that are incredible at their jobs and beyond. Great location in center of scranton.

Great cafe with a great selection. Sometimes a little bit too crowded for a place to relax; I usually retreat to the second level. Love that they hang works by local artists on the walls. Café arabica is my favourite poster though

Food and snacks are awesome and the employees are great! If your not into coffee they have other great choices on the menu as well. Definitely worth stopping in and grabbing something of your liking!
