My girlfriend and I spent about $50 on a takeout order here. The food took an hour and a half (was forgotten about by the staff), and we were told that the broccoli side-dish we ordered was still raw. It really was raw, and legitimately fresh out of the fridge, uncooked, and thrown in a cup. I was astonished. We called back after a few days to complain and were told "you may get coupons" and were never contacted back. I had to go out of my way to go into the store in-person and threaten contacting corporate in order to obtain the appropriate refund. Even then, our tip wasnt refunded and only the overcooked and undercooked items of our order were refunded. We wont be returning but at least the management was nice about it once I literally had to drive out of my way during my lunchbreak to visit them and talk to them....

Ive never had a positive experience here, and recently made the decision to stop giving this place a shot-- my last experience here was one of a very few times Ive ever been tempted to not leave a tip (for perspective, I have actually done that only once in my life, and the lack of tip was well, well earned by that individual). Food quality and presentation is okay, but service is generally slow, inattentive, and theres an overall feeling that you are a chore or burden to the staff. Ive noticed this in many restaurants that have decided to add the Ziosk (a tablet that lets you do most of what a server would usually do for you, order, pay, etc.), but its worse here than anywhere I could reasonably compare it to, and its not like the food is really worth it anyhow.

Ive been to other Red Robins and this was worth the trip. I wish I could remember my waitresss name. She was so nice. However if I was asked about the raffle one more time I was going lose it. Food was quick and tasted good. When they say mushroom burger, the do not skimp on the mushrooms. Northern poutine fries so good. Its like regular poutine but much more. (Mushrooms) Took advantage of the unlimited lemonade. I hope your experience is just as good.

Great food and great service from the waiter; however the four hostesses did not interact with us at all. They did not greet us when we walked in, did not explain their new "ziosk" technology to us when we sat, and did not acknowledge us on the way out the door. Why have four hostesses if none of them are going to do their job?

Clean, suoer friendly staff, GREAT BURGERS and the bottomless fries are just mmmm! Peak hours there is a wait, but in my opinion, its worth a 15 to 30 minute wait. And other stores in the center so can always kill some time there. They also have some unique beer drinks (one with ice cream) but I havent tried them....yet.

Nice place to take the family that doesnt empty out your pockets. You can walk in there on a Saturday around 6pm and chances of you waiting more the a few minutes is very rare. Staff is very polite and make sure you get your food the way you want it the first time. Plus the kids love the food, games and the free balloons

This place has an over-the-top celebratory, all American atmosphere and their burgers turkey are delicious, but their turnaround time on actually getting your food is slow. You can convert any burger to a veggie burgers and that have tons of options for salads, alternate dishes, and healthier options.

Great food, friendly service. Only coming is that they arw alwats bisy and it sometimes takes a bit longer than it shoukd tk get food. Worst is when its left sitting up inder the warming lamps cause no one is checking the ready orders :( But if anything sits too long, they gladly make a replacement!

Like going for there burgers of course and garlic frys! The tavern burger last night was not up to par, my wife had the whiskey burger she loved. Frys came out cold for her mine were piping hot! Took awhile to get her hot frys replaced. Most times we get a very good meal here!

Always good food at this restaurant. We only get to this store a few times a year, but weve never been disappointed. Look for Trish - one of the best and friendliest servers ever, anywhere! And the Ragin Cajun is the best thing on the menu!

Service is hit or miss. Food is good. It seems to be a management issue though since the servers themselves are very helpful... it often seems understaffed on both front and back sides of the house. Maybe high turnover is to blame?

Lately red Robin seems to be hiring new servers I think. Everytime I go in, I have a new girl ive never seen before thats slow and forgetful. Food takes forever, never get a refill on ur drink and they never bring u a to go box.

The food is good most of the time. Sometimes everything is too greasy. The servers always mess up the order. If you call ahead, they will say theyre not busy but, there will be no seats when you arrive 15 minutes later.

The advertise gourmet burgers but what you get is an over cooked frozen patty with minimal toppings. The service was good but thats it. I dont even want to get started on the under cooked onion rings and lack of fries.

This was our first time going to a red robin. The burgers are huge and are more like a steak burger. It is expensive but the burgers are worth it this time. The endless fries,i could of left out.

I went in for lunch right at 1.00. At 1.27 no food and the server said he forgot to turn in my order.....I left and went to 5 guys around the corner and had a GREAT burger with GREAT service!

I love the ambiance here and their food is fantastic! I would recommend getting a burger or a Caesars Chicken Wrap with a Freckled lemonade.
