We ordered from Best China Chefs, I ordered the Chicken Low Mein. After the delivery guy left I opened my container to find that it was Shrimp Low Mein. When I called them back to tell them what happened the lady asked me if "I could just eat it anyway" When I told her no because I dont like shrimp low mein she told me that I would have to wait another 45+ mins for the delivery guy to come back and that I was not to touch the shrimp low mein which was fine with me. But what made me upset was that she acted like it was my fault that they made a mistake and offered no refund and no faster delivery for the meal that I paid for and asked for in the first place. Will NOT be ordering from here again!!!!!!! Terrible customer service!!

Always a friendly place to visit. The food is almost as great as the atmosphere, and the food is amazing. Family owned restaurant, fantastic food, and the owners themselves are friendly and helpful if anything is wrong. Never had a bad experience with this establishment and i always recommend this place to anyone wanting a new favorite place for Chinese food.

First and last i would order food from best china chef. They brought my order in a box and under the bottom flaps of the box there was a nest of cockroaches smh nasty. I wouldnt recommend anyone or my worst enemy to eat there. For all you people that give them a good review you might want to reconsider.

Got the Duck($15 Bones) I mean really....15 chopped up bones with small pieces of dried up meat on it. Ordered a sprite , got a Mountain dew. Ordered egg drop/ wongton soup, got egg drop soup with a fork. I give em a handicapped star with just 3 points.

Generation Tso Chicken was very good. So was the pork fried rice. I also had boneless spare ribs but they were on the dry side. Very big portions for the price (I ate a lot before I took the picture)
