The woman who answers the phone and works register has a fowl temperament. She genuinely seems to hate her job and the customers as well. I call to place my order and before I can get a word out I hear hold. Even trying to make conversation with her seems to be a chore. I have been coming here for way longer than she has been around. Now I cringe when I think about going there because of poor service. As for the food, it is delicious and made in a timely manner. I get that its a busy place but there is no reason for such rudeness!

Used to be the best Chinese take out around, but under new ownership it has fallen to just ok. Be careful not to accidently order the "specials." It just means lots of rice taking up the space of the protein, for very little cost savings. (And if you dont specify, they presume you want the "special!") No more homemade duck sauce. Tiny (compared to other restaurants) bland bags of crisp noodles at $1. Skip those two entirely.

The foods middle of the road but good for American Chinese food. They have charged me for things in the past but not put it in the bag. When I call to complain they say theyre going to give me a free one next time. Free? I already paid and didnt get iwhat I ordered. Free? The woman who answers the phone is rude.I have been going there for 18 yrs. Mister Wok has good phone manners and food is close to the same. I go there now!

Just moved in town..tried it twice & liked the food a lot.. altho got one thing i didnt order but even that was yummy! Lol. My one complaint is the girl that answers the phone really is rude! !! Wow...i read the reviews before i tried it & now i see These reviews are right about her!!

Amazing! I dont know what the other reviewers are talking about! Manager was willing to think outside of the box for my wifes order and the food was exquisite!! My family is now going to move all our Chinese dinners this amazing place! Thank you!!

I am extremely picky about my Chinese food and this place is amazing. I make the drive from Downingtown because they are the best in this area. I have tried others and they were ok but China Moon is heads and tails above the others.

The food is good but the only reason for the bad review is the young girl that works the front counter needs to be fired. When you asked for duck sauce or soy sauce she mumbles and complains and she is very rude on the phone .

Food was very good and the restaurants interior very pleasant. However, the service was horrible. Staff seemed more interested in watching TV than serving dinner. Will carry out in the future since it was pretty tasty.

It can be good or bad. If you go there on a slow night or during the day the food is quite good. If you go during their busy times it is clearly rushed and of poor quality.
