I normally never write in any reviews on resturants. But I had too this time. Ive been here numerous times and the I cant complain at all about the staff. They are all very nice. And the food is normally good here. But I went here a couple if weeks ago and ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the pork just wasnt fresh at all. It tasted like its been reheated a couple of times. Like it was days old or something. But I still ate it. Then a couple of days later I returned with family and ordered the Quakertown chicken Hoagie with broccoli rabe. It wasnt bad tasting but about an hour and half later I was puking my guts out. Literally 15-20 times all night long. And coming out the othet end too. It was obvious food poisoning and the meat was bad. Terrible! What I am trying to point out is the pulled pork a couple if nights before and the chicken was old. I would suggest that this place always use fresh meat and produce and not to save your meat from nights before if thats what they are doing. Im afraid to come back now. Otherwise I have had no other issue with this place. Could be a fluke but still hesitant to go back.

What a disappointment. Ive been here before when it opened but it has gone downhill. Visited 12/23/16. Bartender was older woman who was not attentive. 25 mins plus for food at 2:30 in the afternoon? She was also short with us and rude. Had to ask another server where our food was. Beer menu that they handed me did not match what was on tap. The onion rings were disgusting and also differed from menu description. Menu says panko breaded with sweet thai chili.....battered not breaded with horsradish sauce. They were wet too??? Black bean burger also not as described on menu. They list every ingredient except for the red peppers. Dont you worry, i asked if there were peppers and was told no. There are. I am amazed at what happened here. This place used to be wonderful but the honeymoon is over.

This place was great when it was nice and new. The problem I have with it now is it placates to an older crowd that can be a bit overwhelming. The music is subpar that is played live. (Not taking away the skills of the musicians that play here, its just a very bad venue for live music). The take away is it is a great place if you enjoy loud live music with an antisocial vibe. You will not meet people here. Its a place to take people, like family members. People youve known for a long time and dont need to have a conversation with. Footnote: Everyone that mourned the death of Montana west seems to be controlling music here.

Been to West End Pub twice now. Once right after they opened and for New Years Eve. Both times the food was amazing! The first time the service was very slow, but we attributed that to being a new restaurant. Still decided to return on NYE. The food was even more amazing than before! While we waited several minutes for a server ( seems they somehow got confused) The server was attentive and extremely efficient. We both had dessert. I had the delicious carrot cake and my husband had awesome cheesecake. Overall this was a great experience and we will not only will be back but will highly recommend to friends and family!

This is a great place for All You Can Eat Crab Legs after 3pm on Sundays. They come with a salad, which is great, and fries that are amazing. The only thing that would make them better, and it is minor, is if the butter was not so salty. Not sure why, but the top of the melted butter is fine, it is the bottom, thicker part, that is really salty. But other than that, you wont find a better place for AYCE Crab Legs in the Lehigh Valley. Lots of TVs with lots of sports too. Live music as well. I have had several other items off the menu, and they were all great, but the crab legs are a real treat.

We do not eat out often as we cannot stand places that heat frozen food and serve terrible salads. What a treat we had at the West End! From the mozerrela appetizers (you have to try it) to the wonderful side salads to the entrees cooked from fresh food to order. People might feel the wait is long, but when we do go out we want some time to socialize and enjoyed not being rushed. Plus, having made-to-order food made from fresh never-frozen food is worth the wait. If eating out is a special occasion for you like it is for us, you will be delighted.

Great food at a cheap price. Biggest surprise? The Blackened Strip Steak. I dont know how they did it, but that steak is one of the best I have ever had. Usually to get a steak of that quality you need to go to a steakhouse in NY or Philly. I was really impressed with the cut of meat. The beer list is good with options for all beer drinkers. This place gets packed.....Especially on Friday and Saturday. The owners did a wonderful job remodelling this place. The fireplace adds alot to the additional room. Highly recommend The West End.

Have seen a lot of great music here and have heard great things about the food. Well I finally ordered up some late nite apps and YUM! The Fried Mozzerella is the best I have ever had & the Dos Tacos - cant choose which I liked better. Ate the fish one and brought home the pulled pork taco for todays lunch. The pork has a seriously beautiful and delicious smoke ring, juicy with a balance of a sweet pico de gallo. Looking forward to going back for a full meal, confident this is just the start of the good food.

First time in here left mostly a good impression. The atmosphere is nice and the host was very nice. Unfortunately it was late so we sat at the bar. The bartender was super nice and definitely had the right personality for the job. The only downfall was the food. It was wing night and being a lover of wings, I had to order some. They were dry and the flavors werent great. Overall though, Id go back and try it again.

I have only been here one time but I know many people who go here often . They love it. I had a ghost pepper burger and it was good. I honestly was hoping that it would have been way hotter than it was. I picked up the food from the bar and the staff was friendly. On Friday and Saturday nights this place packs a pretty serious crowd. The parking lot is usually full. Try it out yourself! You wont be disappointed.

The waiting staff were very helpful and pleasant our food took awhile to come to the table. We werent that bothered about that. But we were disappointed with the food. I think I chose unwisely for me but the lack of flavor was a disappointment. We will give it another chance and just see if it was just our bad choices. The atmosphere of the place was lovely, if not a little too noisy.
