New owners in 2014 = lowered quality. VERY stingy with meat and cheese, and its mostly just ham. Horribly disappointing - the hoagies used to be phenomenal under the old owners and even better while the shop was still located in Ashland. The hoagies are okay but nothing special now. New owners will run the place into the ground unless they get their act together - they can only coast on the places reputation for so long.

I love Farlows! Their food is always fresh and their portions are HUGE! My husband and I share a large hoagie, and we always have left overs for lunch the next day. The southern fried chicken hoagie is my favorite! Their meats and cheeses are of superb quality, the service is quick and the owners are always genuine and extremely friendly. This favorite hoagie place around!

The staff gives the best customer service in the food industry in Pottsville and the food is phenomenal and a full length sub could feed a family of 5. The atmosphere is also pretty inviting. Ive never been dissatisfied with the food or service and I will continue to recommend people to come here if theyre looking for something REALLY to eat good as well.

I dont agree with the person who said there isnt a lot of meat. These subs are large with plenty of meat and cheese. I never visited anything but the Pottsville location but the people there have always been very nice and accommodating. Service is quick.

Not just the bed subs in town, but easily the best subs in the county. Im from NJ and can say that it is one of the top 3 Italian subs I have ever had. They are gigantic and 1 whole can easily feed 3 grown men.

The Half a hoagie is enormous. Tons of meat and cheese. Great Philly hard roll. Quick service. Good value for how large the hoagie is. And Guers tea of course. No seating.
