First, the food is awesome. It is flavorful, hot and quick. However, this is the food SERVICE industry, and the service is not good. After calling in an order I realized my wallet was missing, I called as quick as I could to apologize and told the woman I had no way to pay because I lost my wallet. Her response was just rude. I explained I come to her restaurant weekly and wanted to pay for the food as much as she wanted to sell it to me, but unfortunately I literally had no money. I had never lost my wallet, my valuables and identity were missing which is a problem in itself, and additionally after insulting me the woman hung up. I called my boyfriend who was out of town to ask him to pay over the phone, which he did. I went to pick up the food and spoke with someone else who worked there. He told me people call and cancel or dont pick up their food all the time and shes tired of it, and I dont doubt that stuff happens. But is the answer really to create the negative experience she just did? If lack of payment is a habitual problem find a solution, aside from insults. Maybe require payment over the phone? If you are in the service industry there is no excuse for poor customer service, period.

First thing is there shrimp and beef fried rice isnt cooked the right way. The rice isnt even completely fried, its brown steamed rice that they warm up. There is no peas and NO EGG. I never have been to a place that didnt serve egg or peas in it. We asked for our money back after we tasted it and HE WOULDNT give it back. he said he could remake it BUT WHY remake it if its not the way shrimp fried rice should be made??? He said he would be losing money and he didnt have the money to give us back. He said by remaking the meal for us he would still only be making 2 dollars and the meal only cost 4.25 to begin with ... SO that means they are overpriced + cheaply made food= DONT EAT THERE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Not Good at all.. The pork in the egg foo young was so tough and chewy, the gravy tasted like peppers. The Pad thai noodles were a pile of mush and the Tsos chicken was a all clumped up and stuck together. Very un appetizing and a complete waste of money. Go to the frozen food section and get a frozen meal for 7 bucks and save your money... the rice was good. Everything else went to the dogs

I placed an order for delivery ... After an hour and a half I called to check on the status. ..I was told sorry and its on the way. ..another half hour passed...I called back..she said sorry..and I think she said she was new. ..couldnt understand fully then she canceled the order before I could. ..ok....the food is decent. .the beef and broccoli was dry..good luck..

OMG, this is the first time we ordered from them and it was AMAZING!!!! Our food showed up 25 minutes after we ordered it, everything was super hot and cooked perfect!!!!! DEF gotta try it!!! this is our new hot spot to order from from here on out!!!!

If you didnt get good food, idk what you ordered bc ours was perfect, fresh, and good quanity! Me and my husband spent $32 on a happy family, dragon phoenix, crab ragoons and 4 egg rolls. Super impressed and will be going back often

I am a New Yorker so I am particular about my Chinese food. With that being said, this is definitely the best Chinese restaurant in the area. They are always quick and the food is flavorful. I never have any complaints.

Come here on a regular love it ..i pass at least 3 Chinese restaurant to get here..food great sometime worker attitude is kind of rude but it might just be a cultural thing!

Decent food, friendly workers, the price is decent, and the place is clean. Not the most Chinese tasting but this is my personal opinion, so you may like the taste they have.
