If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Chipotle in Plymouth Meeting at 7:40pm. The hours listed are open until 10pm. I ordered a salad and then when I asked for the dressing to go with it, the woman at the register told me that I needed to request sides before getting to the register. Im not sure if salad dressing to go with a salad you offer is a side but I apologized. She then proceeded to tell me they didnt have any. The customer behind me was shocked and so was I. I asked if they didnt have any, could they please make some because I just paid for a salad that now doesnt have dressing to go with it. The employee at the register told another employee "she wasnt making any". Ive been coming to this chipotle for years and never experienced such poor customer service. If your store is open until 10pm, I dont think expecting to have all of the ingredient in your meal is to much to ask for. Very disappointing. None of the employees had badges with names except on my receipt Sade was listed as working on the register.

I just saw the nastiest thing in your Plymouth Meeting pa location. One of your employees went in to the bathroom with a serving tray and a cloth. Stayed in for 10 minutes then came out. Set the tray on the drink station, used the cloth to wipe it down and wiped tables with the same cloth. This all while I am eating, well was eating. That is by far the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. There isnt even a counter in the bathroom. The manager said he was probably cleaning the bathroom. My response was then wiping drink counter and tables off with same rag afterwards!!! Manager was apologetic but whats that do. I dont think I will be back ever after that. He actually got apologetic after I said I was posting this.

Ive had friendlier more sincerely cordial service in the tougher parts of Chester, and Kensington, Philly. My girlfriend and I were dealing with entitled young punks, flippant, disrespectful and complete with a fake hood rat mentality, that they certainly didnt earn around here. Probably from watching World Star Hip Hop videos, while smoking dope instead of going to school. The management needs to clean the floor of these scumbums, and take out the trash!

I have been going to this chipotle for 3+ years, but the past couple of months I have been receiving the worst customer service. It seems like management replaced old employees with people who do not have a care in the world for customer service. Portions have been almost cut in half and I went in at 8:30 to find they had no chips, steak, salsa, lettuce and then had no intentions of making more. My advice, drive the extra minutes to the KOP chipotle.

Inconsistent. Sometimes I get this huge steak burrito and Im full for hours, other times I feel like Im eating a vegetarian bean salad wrapped in a tortilla. Sometimes they give me a large amount of guacamole and I can share some with friends, other times I dont even get enough for myself. There is always a new guy there and the new guys are always stingy with the meat.

Very good food and doesnt generally get that crowded outside of the lunch crowd. Going before 11:45 on the weekdays will get you in and out fastest although sometimes they assign new people to roll the burritos before the crowds come resulting in busted tortillas and generally bad rolls. They are always more than happy to reroll if you are really bothered.

Horrible worst chipotle ive been to. Its 815pm no white rice, no sour cream, and the scraps of cheese...i could see if this place closed at 9 they had a whole 1.45 to go... the excuse "oh we were busy today...i think".... its a damn typhoon outside who the hell came here... but i still grabbed my chicken bowl...i was really disappointed though.

This restaurant is a great concept..I love it...BUT..This location..is RUN very POORLY...The SUPPOSED to be FEMALE manager..is not very well kept...She is sloppy..and seems to care less...She seems to be the OWNER...Her SHIRT was WAY OUT of her TIGHT Pants...and they seemed to be FOUR times smaller...She has a poor attitude...

This Chipotle and the one on City Line Avenue are my two favorite locations anywhere. It blows Qdoba out of the water. They give you a decent amount of food for your money, and they seem to source their stuff locally as much as possible.
