Sadly this place isnt half of what it use to be, the food is now inconsistent and the customer service is also inconsistent. This use to be the go-to Mexican food place for me and friends but as of the last 2 months or so, with the change of employees and management, the food is very often over/under seasoned, poorly prepared and the work ethic and overall experience has not been the same. I hope the family realizes and start to run it themselves again, if not this restaurant will most likely continue to be a hit or miss and will continue to lose customers. Update 7/29 Came in for a burrito today thinking its Saturday they might have better employees on and actually had my worst experience thus far. The tortilla was cooked unevenly and caused a poorly put together burrito, then she proceeded to add a smaller amount of rice and beans than usual ( I am a frequent customer ) so I asked if there was an extra charge for alittle more, and she nodded her head and said no... so I thanked her and proceeded to add the rest of my toppings. We get to check out and I got charged for extra meat and vegetables when I didnt get extra meat and only asked for more rice and beans because she didnt add a proper amount. She then said the pork cost more, I have never been charged extra for pork (this was not noted anywhere) in the two years I have been a customer, only steak... so I was confused and the employee was more confused than I was throughout it all. Sorry to say this is no longer my go to place for to-go Mexican cuisine. I didnt want to embarrass the young lady who served me so I didnt ask for a manager and just left.

Worst service Ive ever had!! Terribly rude employees/managers. (Especially the manager David) Inconsistent food and now prices. I ordered 2 meals and instead got charged for food as single items when they should have charged me for the meal (I believe out if spite!!) and when the order was over $7 what it should have been (the same order I always place and know the price of) the manager said "there is nothing we can do, thats the price in the computer, we think the owner might have changed it a few days ago in the computer." I argued that theyre menu board didnt make the price change and that it was false advertising, and they didnt care, didnt say they were sorry, nothing. Its obvious that this store has no idea what theyre doing. After going there multiple times a week for the last couple months, i will never step foot in there to buy food again. Beware! Spend your money somewhere else like Cluck U, (which is right next door) where theyre friendly, value your business and appreciate the customer!! *Edit- if I could give this place NO stars, I would*

Not one to usually leave a review, but felt compelled to after my most recent visit. I have been a fan for many years and have NEVER had an issue with quality or service, but all new faces, and management (or lack thereof), will lead to this business downfall as of recently. Quesadilla was greasy, salsa was watered down, and there was one employee helping the line of customers (he was great btw)... I spent 15 minutes there, watched two customers leave, manager offered the employee assistance in a few minutes, washed his hands three times but never touched food or helped anyone. Previously, this establishment had a very authentic taste, the customers were greeted with a smile and recognition from the manager (Daniel or his daughter), and I would leave feeling as though I was valued as a customer. As a business manager myself, these things matter. Unfortunately, none of that occurred today.

Usually a hit or miss with this place. Sometimes the food is good sometimes it is wayyyy to salty. The burrito was falling apart (I only got a few things in the burrito as I am picky) the salsa Verde tasted like someone poured straight salt into it. I couldnt even eat it the salt was overbearing (Im Hispanic and love salt so if something is to salty for me thats a problem) also when ordering I asked if I could please get chicken from the tray in the front since it looked fresher. I was told it didnt matter that they were both the same as he was dipping the spoon into the tray of chicken that looked like it had been sitting there.until I spoke up and asked again if I could please have the fresher meat. Although he did honor my request I was still given an attitude.

The food was horrible I always went there with friends and family never had a problem always love the food but wbe5 I went to eat with my child it was the worst experience the food taste old and was also exposed to everything from used spoons to no chicken she left some one open wrap sitting there exposed the beef was not fresh and it had green specs nasty my pork gave me the runs to the bathroom then I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was even worse spit in the sink toilet paper all over the floor toilet was filthy I ask for a container for the food to show the manager she left it by a dirty green container with water and a rag exposing my food again I wish the manager was there.

Food was good. Tacos are soggy from the cooking oil. I dont know why the register ask for Tip when this establishment is run as a fast food restaurant. The guacamole was just okay. The spicy nachos were just nachos, no spicy. The mens room was gross with a clogged toilet and no hand soap. The sitting area was clean and large. This place is Not authentic Mexican. Music was good.

I dont know whats wrong with these people. My burrito is always large, delicious, and warm. Moes is the over rated place. Im always disappointed when I go to Moes. Moes meat tastes weird and they give you a small burrito that never fills me. Holy guacamole has better taste and a larger portion.

The staff was grate but the rice was hard and chilly cheese sauce was okay nothing to get excited over really liked the stake Pico and guac will go again but they have nothing on chipotle Sorry holy guacamole and verry expensive for the quality

It is horrible. The sauce doesnt have flavor. It is dirty. The are where they prepare your food has food spilled all over. Definitely not going back. I was a customer for years and this last visit was terrible. I couldnt eat the food.
