I did not have a very good service experience in this location, yesterday. The food was excellent (which salvaged the "3" rating), but the service was extremely lacking. My server was not very friendly, at all. This was a huge contrast to your Cranberry location, where I have ALWAYS encountered associates that are friendly and welcoming. I dont believe that my server smiled, at all, during any of our interactions. She was very "short" in her conversation with me. Then, when it was time to pay, I attempted to use my Bones Club card on the tabletop Ziosk device. It didnt work (searching by phone number), so I told my server that I had a Bones card, and that it had accumulated a $10 discount (I signed in to the site on my phone, and showed her). She seemed a bit put out by this, and told me that "We cant usually add it" after the fact, but that a manager would come talk to me about it. 5 minutes later, no manager had come over, so she came back, and seemed upset about the fact that she would have to take care of it herself. She was able to deduct the $10, but made it seem like a very arduous process. (As a comparison, I had a similar $10 coupon for my Bones card, and my server at the Cranberry store, smiled, took down my Club member #, and said shed be happy to take care of it). I observed the other server that was working, and she seemed to be a bit more friendly, so maybe my server was having a bad day. This was around 2:30 pm, and it was not very busy in the restaurant. The last thing Id like to mention is the appearance of the servers. Mine had holes in her jeans (one in a close-to-embarassing location), and a top that crawled a quarter of the way up her bare back when she leaned over tables. Several of the young ladies were wearing what I would consider to be fairly unprofessional tops, as well (very low-cut and revealing). Im not a prude, by any means, but I was glad I was dining alone, as I would have been embarrassed to have family members with me. Ill more than likely stick to the friendly, professional environment of your Cranberry location, from now on.

The food is out of this world. Best service is a very long time. It was my granddaughters 4th birthday and she love the waiter Dustin Mead. We had a party of 8 it was Thursday, July 24 at 8pm and when we got there Dustin was not working but he was there. He came over to talk to Milanna and she talked to him about her birthday, vacation, etc... She does not talk to anyone like that but there is something special about Dustin, she adores him. We then got our tables, 1/2 hour later Dustin came back and gave Milanna a birthday gift, needles to say we were so shocked. He took the time to go to the mall and get her a pink unicorn, one thing she asked for and did not received for her birthday. We can not say enough about Dustin Mead, he made her birthday complete. Thank you Dustin and Thank you Smokey Bones for having an extra special touch with Dustin. Great Job! Judy Costello and Milanna :)

Very good Restaurant. I travel 1 hour and 15 mins to go to the restaurant. Ribs are always the best choice with a homemade BBQ sauce. Ive had several other items; Pulled Pork, Brisket, Chicken Mac & Cheese, all really good dishes. This restaurant sets the bar high to other chain restaurants. Every time i go i ask for the same waiter. A waiter can make the dinner pleasant or unpleasant depending on their attitude. I always request Deshawn. Nothing has every been wrong on the food that i order or the custom made drink from the bar. He has a very positive attitude and any question you have about the menu he can answer. I have came back to this restaurant multiple times requesting him. Before we had him has a waiter we had some unpleasant waiters. I would recommend people going to experience their BBQ

It began as a good experience, the bartender (Sarah) was friendly, and the appetizer was good. Then it all went downhill. Sarah was MIA for most of our meal, down at the opposite end of the bar laughing and joking with other employees. When our food came out, I was less than impressed. My wife and I both had ribs that were overcooked, dry, and had to be pulled off of the bone. The baked beans were undercooked, still crunchy to bite into. The coleslaw was watery. The garlic toast had no flavor, and was dry. And when it was time to pay, once again we had to hunt Sarah down to complete the transaction. I should have taken the hint when we pulled up in front of the restaurant at 1:30 in the afternoon and there was only one other customer in the place. I will not be returning to this establishment.

My friends and I like to grab a late night snack and drink after work. We usually head to Smokey Bones, because the staff is always awesome. Tonight was no exception. Josh always takes great care of all the patrons at the bar. We all agree that he is a fantastic bartender! Carlo and Sarah are amazing too! The bartenders are prompt, efficient and friendly! You will not be disappointed with your choice to come here. Since we generally arrive late at night the manager is usually cooking our food. Jeremy, the manager, is usually closing and prepares our snacks. He does an incredible job and never complains about our late orders! We have had the opportunity to interact with Jeremy and Smokey Bones is lucky to have him representing their company.

Ordered the NY strip med rare as the menu says, steak came almost well done. Showed it to the waitress and a new steak comes done med rare. About 8 bites into the steak i bite into a hair!! I wait for the waitress to come back and show it to her she asks if it is from the old steak or the new one!! It is from the new one and I say I am done with the meal. Takes it away and I ask for the bill. The steak was taken off but I am not told of the comp nor does an apology come from anyone. I ask if a manager is on duty and they the waitress informs me , yes he took the steak off of the bill. No apology until I ask if anyone cares to the waitress. Dont waste your time or money..go across the street to lone star. I will if I come back to the area.

Its tough.....the ribs were kick ass, the salad was very good and my kids destroyed their burger and mac-n-cheese and when a 4yr old days their burger is amazing its good....... But it was so dirty, in such a need to being shut down for 48hrs and given an all access clean. If the dining area is unkept how are we to think the kitchen is not the same. Service was great, your guy with two diamond studs....he handled a huge table of lazy, disrespectful people who didnt listen to him even the third time regarding what "sides" were available and he was still very on his game where serving us. Please clean up the booths and floors
