The food is 90% on point. The issue I have isthe consistency. I just called for a delivery order, Im less than 10 min away and all of a sudden they dont deliver until after 5! Ive never had this experience with this restaurant before. Sure it takes them 45 to an hour and 15min to delivery an order that is less than 10 min but they never denied me delivery. Then the guy who sneered the phone hung up on me... not evening waiting to see if i wanted to place a carry out order. I called him back, the only thing their menu states about deliveries is if you live in the adventura or sunny isle area deliveries are from 8pm-2am(mind you Judy got this menu from the restaurant on Thursday of this week). . When i told the man its not in writing what hes telling me, he got upset send hung up again! I TRY TO SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESS BUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, moving on to chef Creole!

Worst bar by far i called to ask general information about music played ect the employee not only answered the phone in a rude way but also hang up mid conversation i called a second time and asked to speak to a manager only to get put on hold for 5 min and then hung up on a second time i called a third time and supposedly spoke to a manager that was just as rude as the employee and stated are you still going to come and then hung up the phone again i rode by just for the benefit of the doubt trashy employees filthy bar and bathroom saw them use dirty cups at the bar disgusting and unhygenic just like that you can catch herpes heptatis or any other saliva tranferrable disease Beware do not go to this place !!!!!!!

O....M...G.....! So, Ive been sennding my assistant to pick up wings to go from this restaurant/pool hall for nearly a month. I finally decided to meet some friends there to see what the atmosphere was like. Lets just say that last night was my first and last night at STYX. There was a fight outside as I walked in. Some one else confirmed that there were two fights that happend prior to my arrival and finally, while I was there, a group of guys rushed outside and began shooting! Everyone in the club was ordered to leave. As my husband and I ran to the car, I could hear gunfire!!!! For your own safety do NOT come to this establishment!!

Absolute discussed right now. Ordered some food to go it was 5 chicken wings and 5 shrimp with fries. Chicken was so greedy that it was a pile of oil at the bottom of my box but thats not the worst, By the time I was almost finished with my fries I seen a dead fly at the bottom of my tray! Needless to say I went to go throw up for about 10 minutes!!! I did not bother taking it back because this place would have thought I just ate the food and was trying to get something for free. So this is just to let you guys all know this place where they cook the food is DIRTY! Somebody should send the health department over there.

This place is disgusting and filthy. Only ppl that comes in her regularly are low lives that have no respect. The womens bathroom doesnt even have stalls that lock, you have to hold it while you use it. Women come at your own risk the men get very grabby and speak very disrespectful all while showing you their gun which i guess is a pride thing. This place is know to have fights and shoot outs in the parking lot. Youre better off getting drunk at Dennys.

The people who work here are sooooo unprofessional. They will literally pick the phone and hang up. Then when you call back they got an attitude with you. They also take for ever to deliver your food! I literally just live 5 mins away from the restaurant. It shouldnt take you almost two hours just to bring me my food. The food is great but other than that they are rude and have nasty attitudes.

"Holy F**#, its hot as balls in here.." -me, mid game The place has plenty of tables and the beer is cold. Combo that with plenty of room to shoot and you usually have a good playing environment. I couldnt pinpoint why I was so irritated until I had to wipe the sweat off my brow. Uncomfortable heat is a huge distraction. Turn the A/C on and this place would jump two stars in my book.

Hot bartenders!!!!!! I went there last night and had a great time. Ive driven by that place a million times and never knew it was there. A friend of mine brought me there last night and we parked in the back. I didnt know they had a lot back there. We had a blast. The drinks were cheap and we met two hot girls who were there alone shooting pool. We will be going back tonight.

Dont order for delivery. Ive literally waited for my food that I ordered at 9:30pm for 5 HOURS If you like their food just PICK IT UP, but unfortunately I do not have a car. So I actually walked to get my food, with ALL OF the wait and consist excuses they were reasonable to give me my order for a lower price. They should just get on Uber Eats.

This is mainly a pool hub. There isnt any system to determine who gets the tables and for how long, so its a case of first come first served. Like any sport bar and grill, they have tvs surrounding the place with sports channels, a liquor bar right in the middle, and a place for grub. Nothing special, other than all the pool tables available.

Door person very rude nasty obnoxious and I felt tremendous elements of negative energy in the forms of disrepect discrimination and hate! Seems like it could have been great place but Ill never know being that I never made it into establishment. Hope doorman is not the reflection of owner and other employees!!! smdh

It is not possible for a pair of salads to take two hours to deliver. Every time I call is the same, the delivery is the worst and when the order comes the food is always cold. Really bad service

Great fun at an affordable price. 12 pool tables, plenty of fast food, great bartenders. Just watch out for the locals who are always interested in having a shootout.
