One of my worst dining experiences ever. The only time I saw the "server" was when I ordered my beverage and after I was all done and went back up to the host stand and asked for my check and where do I pay. Not that I should have paid, all the different chicken I tried was way over cooked, dried out and hard. The potstickers werent any better they were so overcooked on one side that I couldnt even cut them with a knife. I could go on about how bad the food was but you get the point. The server never checked to see if I needed a refill, how I was doing, if I needed anything or to clear any plates away. When I asked the cashier at the front for a manager she told me that she was, so I told her how bad of an experience I had but she didnt seem to care, she just repeated the price on the check. I didnt bother to argue I just paid and left discussed. I definitely will not go back.

We stopped at this buffet as we saw they had All You Can Eat Crab Legs on Sundays and we were going to be in the area. Entering the restaurant the garbage cans outside the front door were overflowing with garbage and the parking lot was a mess. We should have left....but we didnt. The restaurant itself was worn and dirty looking. The walls need a good scrubbing. The ladies bathroom.....jammed paper towel dispensers and weak air dryers. The food......terrible! Everything was lukewarm and of a poor quality. The restaurant has gotten away from its owners.....they better seriously examine what they are doing before somebody gets sick.

This was an awful buffet. The food seemed good at the buffet, but by the time we got to our table it was stone cold and dry as can be. The chicken was all little ,crunchy, dry pieces; not the velvety chicken you expect from a Chinese restaurant. The clams were EXTREMELY sandy. Horribly sandy. Also, something that is very unprofessional in the service industry and which bothers me very much, is that the waitresses stand there and watch you pull money out of your wallet. This is definitely one place we will never visit again and will never recommend to our worst enemy. Horrible place to eat.

We never come here when they have crab legs because its too expensive. We only come here for lunch on weekdays. Came in today and they charged us weekend price ($14.99). We didnt know because they never informed us when we walked in. "Its not their responsibility to inform the customers when the price is unusual. Customers should read the signs". Nothing on the website says todays price was gonna be different. They said we shouldve read the sign when we walked in. I uploaded the picture with the "sign". You be the judge if the sign was adequate. Definitely not coming here anymore.

Okay so first, the food was absolutely terrible. It was cold and gross. Secondly when i went to pay the bill the lady can barley understand english. My bill was 32.08 i told her take 3 dollars off of this card and the rest on the other one. She came back and told me both cards were declined and said i still owe 19.04. So we talked to the manager, his name was paul. He didnt know what to do and im sorry but your running manager doesnt know how to manage your restraunt he should be fired. This place was terrible and i will never come back

Bait and Switch restaurant. Went in with my mother at 330pm on july 2, 2016 and half of the food counters had signs on them saying "Dinner Only". So my mother and i just ate from the other counters thinking it was still lunch time. But when we got our bill, we were charged for the dinner menu. I explained to the mgr what we ate. And her response was, im sorry u already signed your bill theres nothing i can do!! NEVER WILL I GO THERE AND NEVER WILL I SEND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!

Went on thursday around 6pm. Stuffed mushroom was extremely sweet. Why?! Jello was rubbery. Egg drop soup was tasteless. Mushroom and beef was rubbery and sweet. Sushi was ok. Ice cream was halfway melted. Squid was overcooked and no better than plastic. Egg rolls were stuck to the pan and tasted quite old. Got sick after eating here and would not recommend.

The good thing about the servers are they quickly clean up as you leave. I left my wallet on the table,in the back corner. Nobody was within 20 feet. When I called minutes later, nobody saw it. It apparently vanished! The sad part was they could have made ten fold off me as a customer, as opposed to the few dollars in my wallet!

This last trip wasnt worth the money, about $35 for 2. I had a make to order stir fry. Ingredients looked good.Cooked with garlic, veggies under and meat over cooked. Flavor was off. Flavor was also off on the crabs legs, mushroom beef, and a few other protein itema. Even the canned chocolate pudding was wrong.

Was there on a wednesday at about 4PM food was not hot and the rolls and dough things were hard. My coffee was luke warm. Was there before with no complaints. Maybe timing matters. 4 people $56.00 bill. Thought it was $8 a person. Still not bad for 4 people if the food would have been hot. Watch your bill.

An excellent selection of food thats kept fresh, and replenished often at peak times. Good sushi selection, and while it is rather typical of buffet sushi, its not wholely objectionable. Staff are always friendly and keep your drink refilled. A good selection of dessert items as well as ice creme.

The place was nice and clean i was impressed. To be honest the food wasnt bad at all but it wasnt spectacular. If youve been to one Chinese buffet in Pittsburgh youve been to them all. Now the one thing i didnt like was the popcorn or extremely cheap oil and butter mix they use fit their crab legs.

Quite good! A pretty wide selection of dishes, and a nice spread of sushi rolls. Theres also a mongolian grill, and plenty of choices for dessert. I tried all the chicken options and the lo mein (pictured) and was most impressed with the honey chicken. The lo mein was good too!

We went for lunch and the sushi was really fresh and delicious. There were a lot of options for a very fair price. Mostly everything was really good and theyre very polite. The sushi is definitely the reason to go. This is probably my favorite Chinese buffet in Pittsburgh!

I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, the sushi was great and there was a large selection of food on the buffet at a very fair price. Service is great. Plates will be cleared and drinks refilled often. You cant go wrong and there is something for everyone.

Honestly best place I have gone to. Me and my gf have been there at least 10 times in the last month and every time we are seated within seconds of walking in. And have drinks waiting by the time we get back, the place is always clean and the food always hot
