One of the best things about the community where I live in Phoenixville is access to KWF. And speaking of that, there is a nice sense of community in the store and cafe. There is a misconception that the grocery prices are expensive. As far as organic goes, it is very competitive. When Im in a pinch and buy organic at Giant, I notice the price difference in favor of KWF. Im also getting a good value and the produce lasts longer because most of it is local. (Obviously, bananas cannot reasonably be local). I like that they advertise where my food is coming from and take great care with how they source their products. And by the way, if you want to save money on food, buy whole foods, not processed. Its a big lifestyle change for some but it is worth it! It can be done! Plus you will save money on healthcare costs in the end. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I love the cafe and have trouble not supporting my habit of getting my biodynamic coffee with organic half & half. They also have organic sugar, honey, stevia, etc. The ladies in the apothecary have influenced my life for the better. They have made it easier for me to choose the right products for my needs from whole food vitamins or probiotics to the right cod liver oil. Im deeply grateful for this store.

When I moved to Phoenixville I had no idea that Id change my entire lifestyle because of a supermarket. Thats just how infective their mission statement is on the people who shop there. They offer local produce, and excellent products to people who care where their food is sourced from. The best part of the store is the feeling of being lost inside. There are smells of spices, with bulk spice and grain for sale in the back. There are local produce items, expensive but worth every penny for the support and knowledge of where it is coming from. There are teas galore. I especially love that they have taste testings of many new products that come on the market. This is a paradise for those of us who really believe that you are what you eat.

I just can say enough about this location, employees friendly aim to please, the food is just outstanding. As a single person who eats Organic this little gem is my keeper. The prepared foods are the best and they are always quality. One suggestion would love to see nutritional ingredients on package but no biggie. Thanks for everything I visit twice a week and always look forward to it.

I do most of my familys grocery shopping here. Their prices are usually competitive, and I have the added satisfaction of knowing that they treat their employees well. Some of their employees are special needs, too. Theyre great about special orders. They support their local community more than any other store in the area. The store itself makes for a pleasant shopping experience!

Really good options for a gluten free vegan. They have delicious options in the café, (I recommend the Quinoa Burger for vegans) and also in the main store. The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. This is the go-to place for when I dont know where to eat.
