I ordered a half Asian chicken salad and a small broccoli cheddar soup during lunch time. The cashier charged me $1 more than what I bought so I asked why was that. I realized it after I recieved my receipt so she had to give me back the difference. The line was being held up by this and I just wanted her to give me the difference back so I can go. She told me to take my calculator out on my phone to calculate the taxes. The total of my food was $6.50 plus 8% tax which comes out to $7.02. The cashier kept adding tax on $7.02 and saying the new total is $7.62 and will give me back only $0.60 back. So I told her I need $1.02 back since she charged me $8.10. There were other employees there but the cashier said the manager is not there so she cant help me in any way when I didnt even ask for the manager. The other customers behind me were also calculating the total and the cashier made me really uncomfortable by the way she spoke to me. Afterall, the cashier wasnt going to give me my $1.08 back and instead she told me that I should do a full refund and just leave without the food that I bought. I didnt want to deal with her any more and I didnt want to eat the food anymore. So I just decided to get a full refund back. But the way she treated me was so poorly done that I dont ever want to go back to Quiznos nor want to recommend it to anyone else.

The stupid girl there fake searches for sauce just now and then puts honey mustard instead of peppercorn sauce in my sandwich!! I call three times within five minutes of leaving the resteraunt because Im late for work and cant go back..and they refuse to anwser the phone!!! I will be there tomorrow for a FULL REFUND AND A NEW SANDWICH!!!!!!!!

The staff and owners are great, they have great service, better than other eateries in the food court. I eat here almost every day for lunch and consider this Quiznos a staple in the Univ City area.
