Stopped by Alpha Subs yesterday and had a great bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup and a grilled chicken salad. Their homemade dressing was fantastic they made something as simple as soup and salad an outstanding meal. Plus it was packed at 2pm which is usually a dead period in the restaurant business and that is always a great sign. The DiGrazia family are great people and make outstanding homemade authentic food. They will not disappoint.

The owners daughter served us and was great and super lively. Steve, my other half, hadnt been back to the area for over 27 years. The food and service was just like he remembered - a real treat for our kids. It lived up to all the stories wed heard about over the years. Now based in central TX, this stop on our road trip was well worth the wait. Thanks Alpha Subs!

Stopped in for lunch today. Ordered an Italian sub and fries. Never had an Italian sub with pepperoni on it. Genoa Salami not pepperoni! And the fries were bland af. Youd think a sub shop open since 1975 would know how to make an Italian sub.

LOVE Alpha pizza and sub shop! I always judge a restaurant by the marinara sauce, and this place reminds me of my grandmothers recipes. Do not pass Alpha pizza without trying a slice!
