Party of three my wife, granddaughter an my self I told the the waitress that my silverware was dirty and my granddaughter needed silverware. We then placed our order i had cream chip beef an hash browns my wife had pork chops hash browns with pancakes the waitress took silverware and she came back with my order however, we still dont have any silverware. I told the waitress again I need silverware for me and my granddaughter. When i finally received the silverware the fork and knife was dirty.You could see the water and food was dripping off my knife and fork. My food was cold and my granddaughter still didnt have any silverware. The waitress told us that the silverware was being cleaned and that all the silverware was dirty at the moment. When my wife finally got her order of pork chops hash browns pancakes medium eggs well the pork chop came and it still wasnt made right. I still didnt have my silverware or my granddaughter. By the time that I have received my silverware I told waitress my food is cold. She took my order and went and warmed it up. When she came back with my order I still dont have any silverware. They took my wifes order back. She did not like it so she order the steak medium well. The steak came back medium rare and I still dont have my silverware which I ordered again. The Waitress said they had no clean silverware and I have to wait for it. My food got cold again. The process took so long that we just cancel the order and left. The service and food was horrible. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.1681 Grant av.

These bashing reviews cannot be serious! Perkins offers GREAT food, atmosphere, and service for the price. It is kid/senior friendly and our all-time favorite for a family breakfast or dinner. The wait staff is always friendly to us, maybe because we do not walk in with chips on our shoulders and ready to attack over the slightest problem. The service is the fastest that we have seen. This is not a $500-per-dish restaurant (it is more like $8-per dish, LMAO). Get a life. They could double their prices and would still offer the best overall deal out there. Perkins certainly beats the golden arches and BK for what works out to be the same price!

My family decided to stop here for lunch before the movies started and I will NEVER do it again!! My daughter ordered the chicken strips melt, I ordered the chick-adillas and grand child had Mac and cheese from the kids menu. Im guessing their breakfast is very good because it was really crowded at noon,but they were moving fast(yeah). My meal was not so good. You get half of a quesadillas with imitation chicken, very little cheese, and very greasy. Needless to say I didnt finish it. The wait staff Dawn, however was very very nice & the other staff seemed to be as well.

They seat you as soon as possible.the food is always so hot.they have meal special each day of the week but they are over at 5.30 or 6.00pm they have kid meals.they prices are fair.the help is so pleasant and friendly and so of the help have such a smile on their face always check on you to see if you need any thing.the manger is always so pleasant and friendly.wounder place. My sister and I went here after we saw a movie at the theater. After being seated, we waited more than 10 minutes before walking out. Not a single worker came over to take any order of any sort. As we were leaving the lady who seated us ran outside to say sorry. By then, the damage was done and we ate at the sushi place instead. I do not plan on returning for a sit down meal.

The staff members were friendly but the service was not very good. Our server basically disappeared after our food was on our table. The food itself was so-so taste-wise. Afterwards it made me very sick. It was almost as if I had taken a laxative. I dont normally say stuff like that on these reviews but seriously I will not eat there again.

Horrible, our waitress, Briana, decided to show up after us waiting for 20 min, and the restaurant was not busy, I have been going there for years, the quality of food is so bad, the service is even worse, save your money, there are plenty of competitive restaurants in the area.

Average corporate chain restaurant. Nothing special. If you live in Philadelphia as I do, there are numerous privately owned diners that do a much better job for breakfast. Keep your money in the hands of local merchants, dont feed the corporate grubbers.

Terrible staff. Bathrooms werent clean. We got seated once we came in but no one got our drink order, check on us or anything after 10 minutes... and as Im typing this we are still waiting. I havent been to a Perkins in years but this one takes the cake.

Good food and prices but service can be lacking even when they arent busy. Its hit or miss. I think they get low tips from the seniors with coupons so their attention isnt always there. When the restaurant is busy the staff is much better.

I had the country fried steak and it was the best....the eggs were good and the pancakes were fluffy and tasty. The cashier line is kind of ridiculously crazy when you have to wait up there 15mins to pay and you just want to leave.

Its a trashy place to eat. L& I should inspect this place as they have roaches,rats,mice. The general manager is very trashy towards customers as she is very mean to a lot of customers& Im telling a lot of people about this place.

Someone needs to tell the bakery you dont dont put cupcake icing on a cinnamon bun. If you dont have the right type of icing, dont put any at all!
