I always order here. The food is great. First incident I ordered 1/2 sausage and 1/2 cheese through Grubhub. When it was picked up it had all sausage. They then stated grubhub doesnt state that.. ok.. My boyfriend waited for the pizza. When he got home, it wasnt cooked all the way. I went backed to the store, explained the situation. Requested it to be delivered.. The cashier says the only thing is I have to charge a delivery fee. Excuse me. Why would I pay a delivery fee if it was you alls fault??? She then waived it. Pizza was delivered it was cool. Tonight I ordered a chicken shawarma sandwich and mozzarella sticks. I placed the order at 10:22.. My food was delivered at 10:32... Before I ordered I asked was it too late. The person taking my order says "its never too late." (A guy, might be the owner)I live two mins away.. but whose food is done and delivered within 10 mins?? I called and stated that it was cold, before I could explain.. the guy went off.. telling me what Im saying is ridiculous.. its not cold. If I got it from a truck, its the same thing. The chicken was warm, the pita was ice cold. Ive gotten this before..so I know what it should be..I asked for another sandwich.. he says NO.. Ill give you your money back.. Tried to explain.. Advised him Im not going to argue..Ill be around to get my money back. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I DO NOT TOLERATE A DISRESPECTFUL PERSON, ESPECIALLY WHEN IM PAYING MY MONEY. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN..

This place has the potential to be great! Yesterday was my first time ordering from Al Sham. I got the "New York" chicken over rice & a chicken kabob. My friend got the lamb kabob & a chicken quesadilla. First, let me say that everything was seasoned well, the portion sizes were on point, and we both loved the white sauce. Also, we got delivery and the service was good. The woman who took our phone order was nice and the delivery guy was quite friendly. On to why I only can give them 4 stars at this time...The chicken and the lamb for the kabobs were dry & overcooked. There was an overabundance of white sauce on my chicken over rice. The quesadilla only had chicken & cheese on it. Usually a quesadilla has some sort of vegetable as well as meat, even if only a sparse amount. But all that being said, I would order from them again because the flavors of everything we ordered were delicious! Next time I place an order though, I will just have to be that a-hole customer who is asking a bunch of questions & requesting specifications on her food prep lol Overall, I am glad I decided to try this place!

I hated this place not clean not organized their food is so rotten and disgusting. I went with all my family members about 17 of us large group and We ordered all different type of foods they had. we ordered salad, meat kebab, hummus, and rice. Everything you could imagine from kids menu to adult menu their food did not taste fresh it was something was cooked a day before. The meat that we ordered it was chewing in my mouth like a gum and it smells very nasty. They just may be cooked the food a day or two ahead and when people came into order they just put it in the microwave to heat it up and then serve it to people. we just left the restaurant and we were unhappy. we never went back there again. I would never ever recommend it to other people dont waste your money and time and go to this place.

I was excited about dining on authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. Ordered eight Shawerma sandwiches only to be served gyro. There is a big difference between Shawerma and gyro. When I questioned the manager he began to argue and insisted he was serving Shawerma. To make matters worse, I was overcharged on my bill by nearly $10. True Shawerma is real lamb stacked on a skewer with spices not a lump of clay. Maybe people who do not know the difference accept it but the owners are simply fooling the public. I dont believe these people are honest. I do not recommend.

This is probably the best Arabic/Mediterranean food that I have tried. Best hummus you will find anywhere. Portions are huge. Amazing value for money. Its really a hidden gym, dont go by the exterior, food is really, really good. Appetizers are so goood! And Mixed Al Sham is just this amazing combination of lamb/chicken and rice that you will be left craving for more. Highly recommend this place!

Staff & place are very nice and warm. Food is good but.... they name the restaurant "Sham" = Levant, I was told by the cashier that its a Bengali place.. which is fine as long as they stick to the Sham method of food making. I bought Showerma and tabooleh. The showerma is NOT showerma. Its Mexican spicy chicken sandwich. The tabooleh is NOT tabooleh : -D Its a tasty but strange salad.

The chicken over rice and lamb sharma wrap along with many others is an excellent taste. Everytime I buy from them, the food always tastes fresh. They dont cut down on the meat either, they make sure to put an ample amount. This place is definitely your moneys worth for middle Eastern food. However I heard the pizza is not all that good.

Dont come Sunday night. They are tired , either they have too many customers so you will get your food AFTER 30-35 minutes if you eat in. From now on, i wont come any sundays. She was little rude. I know she is tired and has been working 7 days by 12 hours. So dont work 84 hours , work 50-60 hours with smile and enjoy what you r doin

There food isnt bad. It actually tastes good. the only reason Im writing a review is because when I ordered their chicken over rice the platter had a ridiculously small amount of food in them. The platter seemed to serve a toddler more than an adult. I ordered 5 platters and ALL were basically half way empty.

I placed an order at 6 pm to be delivered for Iftar. I waited until 8 pm no delivery was made. I called them back they tell me "we are sorry, we cant deliver to you" making excuses about how busy are they!! This is very unacceptable, rude and not professional. I dont recommend this place for anyone

Be careful this is Restaurant serves Afgahani or Indian food this is not a Middleeastren food, as they say in their description with a twist, the twist is poor quality and spiced up meat to hide the poor quality thats what these people do, middle easterners serve good quality food usually.

When I come here with girls in charge of front counter this place looks like a decent eatery house. Today i met a man acting like harem owner of your. He has attitude for anybody he seems not paying cash. Probably hes lost his hope of being tipper. Allah yakhrib baitak. Yaa haraami
