Hands down my favorite spot in SF. I always come back! I really try to explore the menu and order different things each time. I am so impressed. The service is amazing and their food is well prepared and delicious. It is truly the most authentic and I love how they arent afraid to uses spices. Drinks are just right and the music is not as loud as it used to be. Please I recommend you make a reservation, I know we all get busy but trust me, you do not want to sit and wait for the next table because it might be a while.

I went in to azaad foods to order lunch one day. I noticed that they have an Indian menu. However when I got my paneer tikka masala, it has green peppers. Last time I checked, green peppers was not an Indian vegetable. If it is, Ive never seen it in a tikka masala dish. Other than that, its pretty much a walk-in takeout Indian food place. I wouldnt go so far as to call it a restaurant because its only got three tables and one of them is taken up by family members of the owner.

Went here for lunch with co-workers last month. It was our first time and it seemed as though everyone enjoyed the food. I had the combo meal with chicken and goat. Food was delicious and plentiful. We all left very full and with leftovers. It is a small establishment, but there were 5-6 tables so we ate-in. They were very accommodating and with our orders. I definitely recommend this place.

really good food and affordable prices! been here 5 times already! Today I went and sat down to eat. I orderered Samosa, Butter Chicken Platter, it comes with naan, rice and salad plus bottled water and mango Lassi. Total came out to $15 only. To me thats cheap compare to other Indian restaurant. The place may look like it needs renovation but the food and the service are excellent.

Their menu is badly constructed They have eight items that are named the same. They send wrong food items. They also argue with you even when you have a receipt specifing what you ordered.

Unlike the traditional restaurants; this place has a small eat-in area and the food is great. Suitable for take-outs. Very sweet and courteous lady; mouth-watering snacks!!

There food was okay. It was cooked right on the spot, one thing I didnt like was the size of the chicken for the beryani. Family owned .
