New location at Street Rd and Jacksonville. Interior is beautiful but we sat outside to enjoy the weather. Ordering was fast and easy and our food was brought to us at our table outside. Ive never had food at a Chick-fil-A that wasnt good and this was no exception. Im obsessed with the summer drive theyre serving - watermelon mint lemonade. So delicious! As we were leaving, hubby was putting our trash away and I was waiting at the table. We had some food we were taking home and a server came outside and asked if I wanted a bag! Wow. Then, when she brought the bag noticed our drinks were empty and asked if we needed refills. Double wow. Unfortunately they cant refill the watermelon mint so I got regular lemonade which is also good. She went inside and got our drink refills. I believe her name was Kaila so thank you Kaila for such unexpected exceptional service. Nice restaurant, good food and great service. Very impressive for a fast food restaurant!

I would give 5 stars but they incessantly insist on saying my pleasure after every single sentence it had great service and good food but the usage of my pleasures was completely overused. if you stop saying my pleasure so much I will give you V Star. If Corporate who says you have to do this can I please have the number and I will contact them personally or have my assistant do that for me because I am a busy Person.

(Ive felt the same way about Home Depot.) I realize I dont have to patronize politically active companies--Id just prefer that retail business NOT participate in avoidable controversy. Great addition to the neighborhood. Friendly staff, fast service. Has a full menu compared to the location in the mall that is slightly limited. Only downside is the parking lot, which is configured oddly. The cones blocking the exit/entrance make it challenging to get into or out of depending on traffic flow.The double drive-thru service is a nice touch and makes service quick.

The drive thru employee taking my order showed an obvious sense frustration when talking to me. Her tone was very rude and upsetting. They also got my order wrong making me have to return to get it right then they gave me the correct drink without a straw. Overall it was poor service and time consuming.

This is an amazing place, where if you dine in staff is awesome, they would ask you if you need refills or any other services. I went their first time a month ago and now whenever i need food i am a fan of them to go there. Their Sandwiches are fresh and nice and services is way beyond you can expect.

Chick-fil-A is always a nice place. Nice, new place, nice seating area, friendly and helpful staff, great food. I love the app, they have forgoten some items in my larger orders before, but when you call them, they are very nice and they correct their mistake. Great place, I recommend.

This was our first time in this venue. We frequently visit the Warrington and the Lansdale venues. This Chik-fil-A true to form follows the tradition of being a very friendly and enjoyable place to dine and we will return in the future.

Food was good but I must have received the bottom of the lemonade pitcher. I counted 25+ seeds in my lemonade. I understand wait time for the restaurant is key but its a choking hazard to have this many seeds in one drink.
