I go to Uno about once a week. I typically tip 3$ per drink because i have always worked in the service industry and i like to take care of people. Today i walked in sat at the bar and was glanced at and ignored for atleast 3-4 min(1-2min. is what restaurant employees are told is the max acceptable time before greeting guests) . When the bartender finally greeted me i asked for a beer. She carded me and poured a beer. That was the last i heard from her. I took a menu myself looked it over for a while and closed it infront of me half hanging off the bar on her side. I waited.. and waited and finally left without paying for my drink. This woman really screwed it up for the other more competant bartenders and the establishment is lucky there was only 1 beer on my tab as i would have walked on a hundred dollar tab. I will certainly be slandering Uno Chicago Grill in Newtown sq PA for quite a while. As well as enjoying all the extra $ i save not throwing money at these chicks for the terribly difficuly job of pouring a beer and saying hello. Good to know its not appreciated .

We had my moms 80th birthday party in the very nice party room. Everything went super smooth and the food was delicious. Many of our family members and friends complimented on how great the food and service was. Susan, the sales manager, Shannon and staff overall did a super excellent job. They were also so organized and had great timing. This was a big occasion and having such great service helped make this celebration very special. I definitely recommend this Uno Chicago Grill location if planning a special event! Susan was a pleasure to work with through the whole planning process! Trish R.

We had a early lunch, the hostess was nice, as we walked though the restaurant. We where greeted with a "Good Morning and Welcome" from the Manager. Our waiter Matt had a good personality and was excellent with his customer service. They also have a menu for people who has a short period of time for lunch. Dan, the manager is a team player, when Matt our waiter was busy, he got us more beverages and also cleared our table. We would recommend Chicago Uno.

I would not eat here again. The service was good but the food was not. There was hair in 3 dishes that came out. The manager couldnt have been more apologetic and removed the items off the bill and took a pitcher of alcoholic beverage off as well but it was still stomach turning. I only gave it one star because I couldnt select none.

Great food for very reasonable prices. Service is excellent, the management works hard to ensure that customers have a good experience. We are regulars here. Be aware that its usually packed so call ahead, order pickup online, or expect a wait if youre showing up at typical dinner times.

I had an average deep dish pizza. There isnt much one way or another on that. You love that I kind of pizza or you dont. My two friends were both disappointed with their meals. A salad and a white pizza. My one friend had to send dishes back because they werent clean.

Service was good, people were friendly. Had trouble finding a set of utensils that didnt have food stains on them.. After several tries, an apologetic manager offered to polish a set personally, which he did.. We declined free deserts. I will not eat here again..

Great bartenders!! Very nice and helpful. The food could use some work. The atmosphere could use some help. Other then sitting at the bar there isnt much to do.. Turn the back party room into a game room or a pool table. Some type of entertainment..

Menu seemed to have change over the years very disappointed in what I chose. Food wasnt nasty just not what I expected. Ousted to go on a Saturday night after leaving the movies. Waited longer than expected but it was the weekend

Waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Pitcher of Prickly Pear Margarita was HORRIBLE. Tasted like pink lemonade. Expensive and Gross. Buffalo Chicken Queasades dry and crunchy. This used to be our regular place. But not now

My favorite place to go for deep dish pizza. Clean, comfortable, vino with your meal. Excellent service. Friendly place to go. They have expanded their menu. Enjoy! Love this restaurant.

I go to lunch here often. Great rotating selection of draft beers. I like their thin crust pizzas, salads, and soups. Lunch prices are good as long as you stick to the specials.

Food has seriously dropped in quality there. Worst burger i ever had and bacon wasnt cooked on it. 2 stars because i like their broccoli cheddar soup!
