Have to say we have had our ups and downs with service and food in the little nook at Oaks which includes Buffalo Wild Wings (always brutal service) and Unos, but last night was a first!!!! Stephanie our server was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! It was by far our best dining out experience in 5 years and we eat out a lot! First she greeted us with a smile and great energy then she did ALL OF THE LITTLE THINGS RIGHT!!!!! We could not have had a better experience, she even offered a menu customization that I would have never even thought to ask about. She made sure we were taken care of, even though they were busy. Stephanie is the example of what a server should be and we will recommend her to every one. The food was hot and great (helps when the server actually takes care of her own orders), Steph actually delivered them to our table and even thought to bring out a little cup of marinara to go with the pasta, with out us even asking AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME JOB!!!! Thank you Stephaine for making my daughters special night out to dinner for making the honor roll an enjoyable evening for our family. STEPHANIE YOU ROCK!!!!!!

Usually this is me and my wifes favorite spot to eat on date night before the movies. Its located less than 5 minutes from Regal Cinemas Oaks. Great food. One time we had to wait so long, and eventually had to just go to the bar and we ate there. The manger came up to us after our meal and gave us two $15.00 coupons for our next visit. However, our last visit sucked. This was a Tuesday night. Cant remember the name of our waitress but she was horrible. A middle aged Hispanic woman with dark hair. It took ten minutes just to get our drinks. Ten full minutes. You can imagine how long it took for food. She would walk right by us without checking in on us. I was mid request, and she put her finger up and said, "hold on" and walked away. We usually go on Friday or Saturday night so hopefully this was just a fluke. I strongly recommend the cheesy crab dip for an appetizer.

My friend and I ordered curbside pickup today for lunch. We were told it would take up to 20 minutes which was fine, we arrived soon after we called it in and decided to wait in the car. Our server came out with the check immediatly giving us an update. We told her it was no rush and that we were aware we had arrived very early. We sat in the car for about 10 minutes when the manager/GM (I am assuming) was running out to his car, parked near us. He saw us and asked if he could get us a complimentary drink while we waited (even though we had arrived so early and it was our fault we were waiting) we accepted water with lemon. Right after he personally delivered it our food came out early. Long story short.. everyone was super nice, accommodating, and fast. We didnt even have to walk through the door!!

I came for lunch with my 22 year old granddaughter on a Saturday about 2:20 p.m. . I had good experiences with Pizza Uno in the past, but not this particular restaurant. The service was terrible, the simple cheeseburger came w/o the cheese, overdone to the point of being burned. The lettuce was limp and there was not much of it and the tomato was green and also not much of it. The manger did realize that the service was poor and apologized and gave us a percentage off the check, but we had to wait so long to be served that we did not have the time to send anything back, so we just left. I will not go back. I realize that Saturday pm is a busy time, but if they have a restaurant that will accommodate that many people they should be able to prepare a simple hamburger.

I have only been to this restaurant once, but I do not plan on going back. I went during the early lunch hours and the service was not exactly fast. I had heard that their food is not always the best, so I went with a meal I was sure would be hard to mess up, sirloin tips steak, garlic mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. I am a experienced foodie and can sometimes be hard to please, but I can safely say that what I ordered was not what I expected. Steak was bland and tough, mashed potatoes had a bad texture and I could not tell there was garlic in them, and the Brussels sprouts severely under cooked. Would not recommend!

Our service was so outstanding. Seeing small insignificant complaints in the reviews from customers who dont understand how the restaurant business operates are irrelevant. Being in the catering business for seven years, Ive never seen such personable and knowledgeable staff. Our sever, Katie, was outstanding. She even brought my friend an iced tea just to try it, thats what good customer service is all about, going above and beyond in any way you can to enhance the customers experience. Forget the conplaints about waiting time, great food takes time to make, Uno is certainly doing everything right.

Weve been here two times and both times someone has gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The first was when we were sitting for 20 minutes because no one was sure who was waiting on us but when we said something our entire bill was comped and they insisted we get a free dessert also. The second time we had to wait for a table on a Friday night for only 20 minutes which is not long. A manager brought out a fresh pizza for everyone to try while we waited. All of the food weve had was always great and hot. Management is very invested in making sure guests are satisfied.

Horrible experience... Where do I start. So me and my mother ordered from UNOs for Mothers Day... Regretful... The Chicago Fire wings were COMPLETELY raw on the inside. Every single one of them, were raw and rubbery. The steak was unseasoned , and rare (I asked for medium - medium well) The fries were soggy, and inedible (both me and my moms) The onion rings were ok, they werent served hot, and they were a little soggy. The zucchini chips were soggy The only thing that was good was the shrimp and crab dip .. Wont be returning.

We did the kids meet the Easter bunny thing and they had face painting and crafts, we drove ask the way from Delaware to there, about a 90 minute drive with a 3 and 7yr OLD who like Easter better than Christmas, and as usual were late and the Easter bunny was leaving, but actually waited an extra 30 or 40 min just til our kids arrived to get a picture...the food was pretty good, the wait staff was super attentive and nice and the employees doing the face painting were fabulous and great with little ones, our kids had a blast

Always a good experience at the UNO in Newtown Square, this one wasnt as great at all. We had an 1.5h to get four meals and desserts, but still missed the beginning of the movie literally 2 minutes from the store. Cmon. I love your food, and I know you were busy as hell...I worked at a restaurant for two years, I know how it goes...but 1.5h and still not wrapping the eating and paying (payment was the worst part) on time is a bit too much.
