I used to be a regular customer until the ownership changed. The new owner is extremely cheap! I ordered and got cheesesteaks with rolls that were in the freezer and defrosted, then baked in the oven to try and cover up the staleness! Then the Chicken was so chewy and overcooked that it was truly disgusting. I was honestly shocked and asked for my money back because I didnt eat the food. Each time I called to try and speak with a manager they lied and told me a manager was not there or that "the manager just stepped out". Then after a half hour they finally agreed to refund my credit transaction. They even promised me it would happen. It turns out they only refunded me for a $1.50 side of bleu cheese. At this point I dont care about the money, its more or less the cowardice and lack of appreciation this man has for his customers that angers me the most. He was so intent on keeping the 15 dollars from me that he instead forfeited all future profits from me. I can tell you I ordered at least twice a month. Ill never return and Im going to be telling everyone I know to stay away. In the end he is losing far more than had he done the right thing in the beginning. Save your stomach and health... head over to Italian delite or even Alfredos , Drexel hill in broomall is better too!

New to town & thought Id give them a try as their previous poor reviews had been from 3 years ago. As anyone reading this can safely assume from my 1 star review I regret my choice. I ordered an 18" square pizza ($17) from a menu we received last week in the mail. When I went in to pick It up they tried charging me $20 insisting the menu I had was old. I explained I just moved here and it just came in the mail. The guy told me it was old & wrong and to go look at the posted menu on the counter (same menu as mine). I showed him the $17 price & he insisted it was a misprint & I was still to be charged the $20. After nearly 5 minutes of arguing (he VERY rudely walked away numerous times) my pizza which had been sitting on the counter was now cold. Will not be returning. Additionally it was thin & tasted as though the dough had been over worked and over cooked.

I just called in an order for pick up for the first time to this place and they new my name which shows they are using the simple technology that is available to everyone but instead they actually use it! I just drove by and called so when I turned around I walked in and my order was already done, so it took 6 mins and I was in and out from the time I called! Not to mention that this is a really good cheesesteak --- thumbs up all around!

Many years ago this place was good. Its not the same owners anymore. The quality has suffered an its a bit pricy for what you get. For one, please stop putting the fryer-hot fries directly into your Styrofoam containers. Not only does it make the fries taste horrible by partially melting the container, the chemical exposure is probably harmful. Better yet, dont use Styrofoam for anything that is really hot.

I order lunch from Newtown Square Pizza 2-3 times per week, and I keep coming back because the food is consistently good every time I order. The staff is great and the one time they made a simple mistake (1/50+ orders), they went out of their way to rectify it. I love this place so much, that Ive recently started ordering our weekly Team meals at work from here. IMHO, this is the best local pizza place.

My office-mates and I gave them a try 07/15/15. Without exception, everyone thought their selection was done perfectly. We had pizza, chicken fingers, cheesesteaks, a hamburger with steak fries and cole slaw and a roast beef club and we were all more than satisfied. Everything was done to order and delivered promptly. They are now at the top of our pile of menus. Good job.

We go here often now that its under new management. I believe that happened around 5 years ago now. The food quality improved and more choices added to the menu. The Tuna Stromboli and Chicken Finger Hoagie are personal favorites. The pizza also improved after the change of hands. If you have a lot of people to feed the giant size (rectangular Sicilian style) is great.

They have decent food and prices. However, while attempting to order a pizza with half and half toppings, they wanted to charge me for full toppings on each half. As an example, they would charge for two toppings if I ordered half pepperoni and half mushrooms. This wouldnt be such a big deal if the manager hadnt told me to go to hell and that he wouldnt make my food.

Im telling you all right now, if you dont order from here, you are making a mistake because this pizza place is the only pizza place where their great quality of their food stays consistent!
