UPDATE: After this happened, the manager called my house and left a message apologizing for hanging up on us. I appreciate the effort to reach out and moved my rating from 1 to 3 stars. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have to say I had a terrible experience tonight. I have had good food in the past. I was running late so had to print a menu off their website. I called to use a coupon that was on the printed menu. I was informed that the coupons were expired and there was a small note on the website that indicated this. I did check and they were correct about the note. I asked if they had any other comparable offers since I thought it was misleading to have the current web printed menu include coupons they considered expired. The man on the phone informed me they had nothing and he didnt want to do anything as a substitute given the incorrect current information on their website. He then literally HUNG up on me. As a regular customer, I dont think there is anything worse from a customer service perspective. I couldnt be more turned off. I hope to share this story with all my neighbors as we live on the same street as Vic & Deans.

Thie pizza here is fantastic. I also work at a nearby pizza place myself, so I can be a pizza snob at times as well, but the pizza here is top notch. High quality cheese, perfect proportion of very tasty sauce, and ideal thickness of crust, in my opinion. I like sausage on pizza, and they do a sliced, shaved sausage which is stellar as well. If you can, order a pie and eat it in store so itll be piping hot - you wont be disappointed. This store changed owners for about a year in 09-10, but the original owner is back and has revived the store.

Horrible food and horrible service. I could have cooked six meals in the time it takes for them to deliver and on top of that, the food was COLD when it arrived almost an hour and a half after I placed my order. I can sometimes deal with cold food, but their food is absolutely disgusting when it is cold and I can only imagine what it tastes like when it isnt! I will never order from this place again!!!!!!!

Pizza is not great. Minimal toppings. ketchup like sauce. doughy crust. 90 miniutes from order to delivery. I have had better out of my freezer. Dont believe the other ratings. I did and was completly disapointed

Our office just ordered lunch from here, and Im happy they did! I got a Classic Italian Hoagie, and I dont think Im going to be able to finish it - HUGE! Great food, Im sure well be ordering from here again soon!

If you havent had a buffalo chicken cheesesteak here, youre missing out. Best on the Main Line in my opinion. Their Chicken Honey-Mustard Wrap is also quite amazing. Pizza is great. Highly recommend.

Not only is the food great, but they let me park in their recently plowed spot today in order to allow me to let my dog run at the local dog park where nothing had been plowed. My kind of folks!

Always a good experience. Sal are Vito are very accommodating. The best items i have had are the Cheesesteak, meatball sandwiches the No 7 (sausage and peppers). Highly recommend!

I come here at least once a month now, the pepperoni pizza is amazing! I havent bothered trying anything else yet. Very friendly staff, plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

I drive from Berwyn , past half a dozen other pizza joints to go to Vic and Deans. Amazing food. Hands down the best pizza from Ardmore->Frazer.
