We were unfortunately sat right outside the kitchen. You could tell from the chatter and noises that they were having a rough night (actually heard one employee chew out another employee for double seating). Food took an exceptionally long time. Server was friendly enough, but clearly frazzled. One of the people at our table had a really good meal of the roasted chicken, while the rest of us endured lukewarm, subpar dishes. Another of our dining partners had the sirloin, which was well done in most spots, when she requested medium rare. The next night she got the same cut and same size of steak at Longhorn Steakhouse for only 50 cents more, and was ordered to her liking and more flavorful. That sums it up nicely. We used to love going to Bob Evans. While their mission statement remains the same (according to the back of their menu) , their commitment to service and quality food has deteriorated. Wish they could discover why that happened, and fix it.

Got takeout twice... They screwed it up both times! The first time they ran out of chicken but didnt tell us until we picked up. They gave us dessert to try to make up for it. This time, we ordered two meals and they messed both up. The pot roast was supposed to have beef gravy and instead was dry, and the deep dish chicken and noodles had no noodles or carrots at all and was just a smashed up biscuit mixed in with five (yes, FIVE) small bites of dry chicken and some cold mashed potatoes. We are almost certain they accidentally served us someones leftovers! We also got no dinner rolls. Worst of all, when we called and told them that we just want a refund so we can go somewhere else, they flat out refused. The only option they gave us was to waste our time, drive back in, and hope this next round of food is edible. Were done with this Bob Evans.

Been to this particular Bob Evans 3 consecutive times over the past 2 months and will not return. Each time the service was terribly slow (this last time it took 5 minutes to be seated with no one in front of us) and each time there appeared to be different staff which i had not seen the previous time (never a good sign). The food was decent but the restaurant appears very disorganized and management which could be visible in order to address some of the customers concerns as they are occurring is nowhere to be found.

My server basically ignored us, took our order which she did not get right and then served us cold food, she did not check to see how the food was and had to be told by a different server we needed a refill on our coffee, when I told the manager about the food the server said that it had just come up; which I dont believe because four dishes were cold; we couldnt eat the food so it is a good thing we didnt have to pay.

Waited 10 minutes for a waitress, got the worst one working there, by then we had our decision made on what we wanted to eat. Gave our drink and food order and it took 35 minutes to get our food. Sausage was over cooked and hash browns were bland and hardly browned. Suffered with upset stomach all night. Last time I am going there! They used to have really good wait staff.

Never again will be go here. First we came here last weekend for breakfast. Worst service ever. I begged my husband to give it one more try. Barely busy, management said she cant trust the servers will give good service so they have a 10 minute wait. After 20 minutes we left and went to Johns across the street

Everything started out good but then when we got our food I ordered white bread and he gave me wheat then me and my sister had chicken in our potatoes then my Mac and cheese cake out and was still ice cold they did give us a free dessert but my boyfriend already had one with his meal

This is the worst Bob Evans ive ever been in, the service sucked, i ordered French toast, and it was undercooked, the floors were dirty, the host was cleaning tables and didnt bother to move the condiments. I will eat at johns diner before i return to this restaraunt.

Dropped a star due to the restaurant being a bit dirty (some debris on the floor) and seating us next to another party in an empty restaurant (we were there on an off time). Otherwise, a good experience. Food was good. Service was good. Will go back again.

Very slow service. Took forever to be seated. Took even longer for someone to take our order. We had our almost 3 year old grandson with us. Difficult to keep him occupied while waiting this long. Will be quite a while before we come back here.

Environment was busy but conducive to sit down and enjoy your food. Our server that say was efficient and kept up with our orders. Food was delicious and cooked appropriately. No real complaints about this place. Would visit again.

While we have had to return undercooked eggs on occasion, they get everything right more often than not, so we continue to return. Recommended more than every other restaurant in that plaza/area, so take that under advisement.

Since the Carlisle Pike location closed down, this Bob Evans is convient for me. They always have tasty meals-I have never been disappointed here or at any Bob Evans. Keep up the superb work!

Although we like Bob Evans, this location was totally understaffed when we were here. The employees were very nice and extremely busy trying to serve everyone. They need more staff!

I got the "New Sizzlin Bacon-Topped Chicken" It was delicious! I love the Banana bread! Service was fast even though it was really busy. Our waitress Madison was great!
