I was talking current events with a friend when I accidentally said "Bruce Gender" when I of course meant to say "Jenner". A woman standing nearby said "you think thats funny?!", and I explained to her that it was an honest slip-up, but that yes, its kind of a funny mistake to make. Next thing I know she starts screaming like a banshee, and then turns around and slaps some kid right across his face. Now I know men arent supposed to hit women but also that adults arent supposed to hit kids so im like "Ahh what do I do here?!". Fortunately the kid ran away to safety and the whole thing deescalated. The whole ordeal kinda ruined my appetite but my steak and white rice burrito bowl was very good up until that point

Not a fan of this Chipotle. I think the seating situation is very crowded (the seats near the line are pointless), the quality of the food is poor and the service is slow. Burritos usually end up with too much of certain ingredients and not enough of others and results in a burrito that is too large to even stay together. Maybe my experience is isolated - I used to frequent a Chipotle in Greensburg when I worked out that way and always had excellent experiences and the quality of the food was high. It was my favorite place to eat and the staff was always outgoing, friendly, and well organized.

The dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been to. The young man that made my burrito was very pleasant though. At 4:20 there was no ice in the pop machine. While my luke warm food got colder no one seemed to be in a rush to address it. After waiting a few minutes I asked for a refund for the soda. When I got home my food was terrible. Zero seasoning...no salt in the mild salsa or on the chips. If I wasnt already at home I would have asked for a full refund...never again. Tips: clean up the place, somebody needs to taste test the food.

Food itself was good as always, but service was poor and dining area was very dirty and cluttered. Was in a hurry and ordered online so I could just walk in and pick it up. Order was not ready at scheduled time. Store was not overly busy, so dont understand why it wouldnt be ready. When it was finally ready, it was missing chips and guac I had ordered. Had to go back to cashier and wait again. I will not be going back to this Chipotle.

I have visited this location and they always manage to mess up my order. For example today they forgot to to give me the dressing for my salad when I specifically asked for it. They ate stingy when putting spoonfulls of fixins on your bowl. Today they were out of childlike tobasco sauce and lemons! Im never impressed with this location. Someone please build another chipotle close to where I live because this one is sub par!

I loved Chipotle years ago, but it just seems the quality of service keeps going down. The food still tastes great. Occasionally I will wait in line for 30+ minutes only to find out they ran out of the item I really wanted. I suggested they put a sign on the door to let people know, they shrugged. I find myself going to Chipotle a lot less lately.

Absolutely fantastic food, my favorite place to eat when in the USA. Food is affordable but not overly cheap while being of good but not excellent quality. The indoor setting is well laid out and aesthetically pleasing but doesnt have a large amount seating. With all considered this is an excellent place to eat.

The customer service is rather poor, but most of the fast food chains in Monroeville are(does any company train their people to smile anymore?). but this particular visit was not a good one. every table was filthy, and the floor was just as bad. I travel a lot and this is one of the worst chipotles Ive been to.

Stale chips, dry Barbacoa and rude staff. Ordered a kids build your own (with only beans and cheese) but first employee made 3 tacos instead of 2 so they wouldnt change it to a kids meal. Paid 7 dollars instead of 5 and they wouldnt give us the kids milk and fruit. Terrible customer service

Other than being a tiny bit unorganized, Chipotle was an amazing experience! The food was great other than they didnt have normal taco meat ( a little strange ), it was amazing, loved the food! I would recommend to most Mexican food loving people! I most likely will go again!

Ah, Chipotle. Build me the burrito of my dreams! I love that one can make anything, from a diet-conscious bowl with lean meat and healthy brown rice, to a thousand-plus calorie heart attack loaded with chorizo, cheese, and sour cream in a tortilla. Delicious either way.

This place is DIRTY!!! Portions are quite smaller than any other Chipotle that Ive visited. The guacamole had huge unsquished chunks of avocado. The staff didnt seem to enjoy their jobs and it was reflected in sub standard customer service.

The service is hit or miss depending on who is working there. Sometimes they skimp on ingredients and sometimes they dont. Everything else in Monroeville usually worse when you compare it to the same stores on Route 30.

I came four times, and twice the carnitas had big pieces of fat. Today I had the smallest burrito ever. Another time I ordered online and the food was not ready. The staff is very distracted.

Im a vegan so when I order a vegan choice, I expect it to be vegan. I took a bite of my Sofritas Salad and there was a chunk of steak in it. I felt so sick to my stomach after.

These locations are pretty consistent in terms of service-quality, but this one is great! Seating is pretty plentiful, and its really easy to get to.
