This Subway did not want to sell me food. We needed two platters, so we called the day before, and the woman who answered said she didnt know how to take a platter order and to call back the next day when the manager was in. So we went in that morning and he told us he wouldnt take our order because we had to give 24 hours notice for platters. We informed him that we tried that but no, he stuck to his rule. The actual rule on the website is "We request that you place your order, including those for Giant Subs, 24 hours in advance. Some requests, however, can be fulfilled the same day." I would like to think that 2 platters is a request that would fit the same day criteria, especially since at the time we were in the store there was nobody ordering. So avoid this Subway at all costs, they have horrible service (wont even take your order) and the management team is incompetent and asinine.

Do not go to this subway!! I will never come her EVER again!! I had a text official email that is for pittsburgh area promotions and they refused to take my coupon. It say free 6 inch with purchase of 30 oz drink. She was very rude. I will drive the extra half mile down the hill to the other subway from now on. Youve lost a customer that has been coming here for over 8 years congratulations

Girl working there today gave me a death look because she didnt feel like making a sandwich .... we walked in, she came out of the back, and gave us dirty looks. hardly talked, and didnt smile. when we werent quite ready she shot me the dirtiest look ive ever received... the only thing i was thinking was... wow im glad shes making my food in front of me!

Very nice facility amazing food and fast service I really love this location and is conveniently located off of the parkway and turnpike which makes this location better plus no lines which makes it more amazing here

Stopped in just before lunch on a weekday. Food did not appear very fresh/well kept and tuna mix was floating in a white watery mix. Cookies appeared undercooked...should have left but was in a hurry.

I ordered a veggie hoagie. Would Id liked veggies on it. When I asked for extra lettuce because there was barely any on it, she told me Id have to pay extra! Wont be back!
