Terrible chinese food terrible service items on menu is incorrect always 2 3 or 4 dollars more they gave 1 dirty nasty menu to a whole party at table service was so terrible we had to leave didnt know whether to laugh or cry got a menu in the mail call for delivery took several hours to receive the food and the order was incorrect when we I asked delivery lady to take the food back and give us a refund she refused didnt even offered to correct her mistake when I confronted her and ask her to fix it she said she had to go to the store to get milk for her kid before the store closes and practically begged for a tip because she said that gas is so high upon looking at the receipt there is a hefty delivery charge on it never eat at the chinese restaurant unless you want to get sick and pay outrageous prices this is not an exaggeration these posts are very accurate. The host the cook and the waitress are all the same person most of the time and 1 delivery lady who will beg you for a tipand make you feel guilty if you do not give her one and looks too dirty to be working in a restaurant she arrived in flip flops short shorts and a tube top. several of my friends got food poisoning and the 20 ounce soda bottle I ordered was old an expired

It took over an hour and a half to get my food delivered. When it did arrive the General Tso Chicken was so chewy I could not eat it and had to spit it out. Every single piece of chicken I tried to eat was of this consistency. The sauce on the chicken was almost non-existent. Every half hour I called and they told me my food was on the way. Even the delivery driver apologized to me for how I was getting treated by the owners who kept giving me attitude. And to top it off, I tried giving them my card over the phone but they typed in the wrong number so many times my card was "locked" for 3 hours (I have it set up to do so from the bank for security purposes). Worst experience Ive ever had with a delivery restaurant and I didnt think it was possible to be worse than Pizza Hut.

Their customer service has declined drastically over the years and their food has also gone down hill with it. The last time I was there the lady cussed out a customer over the phone; in the waiting room was a father with his 2 kids, one 5 and one 3. The lady proceeded to interlace the F bomb several times within the conversation and the 5yr old recognized that it was a bad word and started crying. I told her to quit the cussing and apologize to the father, which she rudely dismissed. As far as the food, the noodles were soggy, the chicken was chewy, and everything else smelled like it came out of their poorly-maintained restrooms.

Called in for a take out, and the lady said "Im busy, Im going to call you back".... what kind of customer service is that? When I got there, I asked how they keep the place running if they are going to tell a customer their "going to call back"... another thing I noticed was that the place was filthy dirty in the dining area... I dont even want to know what the kitchen looks like where they cook... never going back again.

I dont normally leave negative reviews for businesses, but I was not pleased with what I ordered. The chicken wings were so burnt I barely could bite into it. The chicken had a off color, not the normal color of chicken, which scares me. I bought the sweet and sour chicken as well and it was ok, but EXTREMELY soaked in oil. I have never had Chinese food this bad. I will never order again from this restaurant.

The food is really good, probably the best Chinese food around. Ordered it one night, and after 45 minutes called the store. The store said they are going to re-initiate the delivery again. I waited for another half hour, only to call again. The store said "gimme 5 more minutes", meaning they are not even initiating the delivery in the first place.

in the mail with all the prices .so I called these folks for a delivery order and everything I order was two dollars higher then What the menu quote was.when I asked why the price was the same as the menu they sent me, there English kept getting worse and I just paid the difference and the food was not good @ all. Please find someplace else to eat

Ordered my food to eat in, asked for it to be extra, extra spicy. It was extra, extra bland and the picture I posted is how it was served to me in the restaurant. I will not be back again nor would I recommend this place. *EDIT* also there was no heat on inside and I was forced to eat with my coat and hat on.

The woman on the phone who places take out orders is the worst. She messes up everything everytime. Order peppered chicken get peppered steak, order extra sause & get charged for it but never receive it. Get the wrong type of lomaine and white rice instead of fried. Dont bother, theres better places.

Unable to take out using local flavor coupon. Food was good but served on Styrofoam plates with the smallest plastic fork Ive ever used. No knives. Smallest napkins Ive ever seen. Big screen TV playing in one ear hand rap music on radio in the other. Too bad because these are all easy things to fix.

I order here three times a weeks. The containers over flow. For te money best in the area . Delivery is slow at time, but how do u put a time on good hot food. And they are honest, people.. I would say order it if u want great food. Pick up it an get discount and free soda.

I have twice eaten here. The food is good, but the restaurant was very hot(no a/c or even fans), tables were sticky (both times), and the plastic fork with which you get to eat your meal is not sufficient to cut any pieces of meat. I will not be returning.

First observation is that the place has an odd odor and appears to be very dirty. Carpet was stained all over and chairs were torn. Was actually going to leave but was hungry for Chinese and the picks are slim in Middletown.

I despise this place. Everytime I have eaten here I get sick. The food is so greasy and heavy. Plus, they always seem to have a hard time keeping a delivery driver and the prices seem to vary from the menu and their will.
