Our group of seven made a reservation through the website. Our reservation was not honored as we were informed "the website doesnt work". We waited over an hour to be seated. Our chef was lethargic at best and even quit performing and interacting with the group, despite our positive feedback and support. The chef was frustrated and had to keep calling for support from the kitchen because he was missing items from his cart and he didnt even have enough food for everyone. After cooking and serving the fried rice he came up short and didnt have any rice at all for two people at the table. That was the breaking point when he shut down and ruined a great evening for us. Our server was not even dedicated to our party, she was split between a few grills at tge same time. We had to call her over and ask to put our orders in

This place sucks! Sat at the habachi tables because I was there with people from work for lunch and thats what they wanted. It was cold out that day and all of the cold air was flowing down the grill hoods and it was freezing in there. We all had our coats on and one person even had her gloves on. It was cold! I ordered off the menu but everyone else got habachi grilled food. My dish didnt come out until everyone in my group was already done eating. I told them to just wrap it up and Ill eat it at work. When I finally ate back at the office the food sucked! So I froze my ass off for an hour and finally ate crappy food at work. Thats the first and the last time Ill ever go there!

Got here a little bit after the dinner rush ended. As such We were a little slow to get initial service. Once we did get service though, it was great. The waitress was amazing and bubbly. Made you happy to be there and feel like everything you got was the best decision of your life. The portions were very large and filling. The food was absolutely amazing. Cooked to perfection. The prices were very very reasonable. The decor looked great and they used their space well. And it offers a little bit of all of the popular Asian foods so if your party cant decide on a specific type of food to get everyone can still be happy. We will definitely be going back again and again.

This is my second time here. Tonight, the waitress (Mika per our bill) was very curt with us. She roughly set down our things and tossed the chopsticks on the table. My wife and I both mentioned she was the least friendly waitress weve had in 9 states. It was that obvious and off-putting. After we got our food, she at least checked on us twice, but there wasnt necessarily any friendliness in her voice. Sushi was otherwise good. My last visit here was good, food and service wise.

This used to be the best place to me, my husband and friends!!! Im talking like 5+ stars. Now with the last few experiences its definitely dropped on service, food and stars! Im giving it a 2 star because the atmosphere is still nice and there food is still okay. On this trip the actual meal was good but I had to send my salad back twice because the lettuce was limp and some pieces were getting slimy. Definitely considering finding a new place to get sushi and hibatchi.

Ive usually done takeout from Shogun (which is good no matter what I get), but the first time I sat in was a good experience. I had tea at the end of my meal, and the waitress helpfully brought along some extra napkins as even the cup was too hot for my hands to hold at first. If I could recommend any non seafood dish, it would be the gyoza, or the udon if you like fat noodles. 5 doesnt mean its perfect, but its my favorite spot for when I happen to be in the area.

I ordered food for pick up and i have absolutely no complaints. I had the hibachi chicken with specs, like instead of shrimp (that apparently already comes with any hibachi meal) I had extra chicken and instead of fried noodles i opted for extra rice. The meal in whole was huge, whats left over is a meal itself...that im definitely going to eat tomorrow. The salad and the soup were equally delicious

Weve been eating there since its opened once a month, when we visit Harrisburg, Food is delicious, atmosphere is good! In the last two months a tall waitress is very argumentative she just doesnt listen ..!!! We called the manager and he straightened out the situation so simple she could do it but she didnt.. overall the food is delicious and the atmosphere is great.

Excellent/cool atmosphere. [Especially the water walls] Wife said its the best sushi she has had to date. The sweet potato roll is amazing! The hibachi is great too especially the fried rice. All of their sauces are made in house and my favorite by far is their ginger sauce which I dunk almost everything in. They give you rice and noddles as a standard also!

Visited here because it was local....Thought I would NEVER find a better Sushi place than my usual. I might be driving extra to get some sushi now!. The deal is great Buy one get one for $2. Cant beat it. My waiter was attentive and friendly. The guys making the sushi were quick, really put thought into each plate.

They were good when they first opened, but now.... I dont think they care about quality anymore. The past 3 times I have gone there was too much squishy (avocado, cream cheese, etc) and barely any fish... And to top it off, they completely served me questionable quality rolls on my Birthday! MY BIRTHDAY!

Really like the lunch specials and are priced well. The specials come with a salad as well as the main course, so there is plenty of food to eat. Also have had the California Rolls and they were quite good as well. Have not really had anything that was not good. Highly Recommend.

My husband and I enjoy their food either eating in-house or by taking it to go. The service is always quick, courteous, and professional. We often order a sushi dinner and various cooked and raw rolls. Quality is consistently high. We come here often and recommend to our friends.

Went there with my wife and mother for the hibachi and it was beyond worth it. The food delicious, the chefs even better. Interaction between the employees and customers excellent. I recommend this place to my friends and will be going back soon.

We had an amazing experience at The Hibachi! Great food, my son and I pigged out on everything on the menu. haha! Sushi is unbelievably delicious, Hibachi grub was flying everywhere onto our plates. I am still in awe.

Youd never guess from the outside, but the decor and atmosphere here is pretty great- almost a modern upscale nightclub kind of feel. In addition to the decent sushi, they have hibachi tables, as well as a full bar.

Awesome service! Good prices and the food was fantastic! Spicy girl, crunchy roll and lobster roll special were yummy. The seeweed salad and schezwahn dumpling were fabulous! New favorite place!!!

Really good food atmosphere is excellant service is wonderful and they have this japanese soda called ramune its very interesting and very good i had the melon flavor taste like honeydew soda
