Worst pilot in america. We all know they are glorified gas stations staffed by pushy ego centric employees driven by managers hell bent on siphoning every last penny out of each visit ("king size candy is two for $1, would you like extra crispy bacon? What about extra cheese? Going to make it double meat today?") NO NO AND NO! DID I ORDER IT THAT WAY?!, but this takes it to the extreme. When it first opened it was too small and has been getting busier ever since. The pathetic part is pilot typically owns the land around each of their stores. It could be bigger, but instead they slap "for sale" on the out parcels to try and make another buck. When in this area I always wish I had a bottle of prescription anxiety medication just to deal with the sheer stupidity and headache that comes with stopping here.

Little parking even though have expanded the parking area, I see another area close that isnt developed , it might be possible they plan on turning into parking as well, I have no idea, everytime I come here they are out of the dispensers creamer. This visit the labels were missing and I was told they didnt receive any creamer this week, seems they would have out a note on them, I find it ironic that there no creamer every time I have been here, thats a pattern, one of the employees is rude and always complaining about something to other employees, cashier was very nice and polite, she is cool, I actually try to avoid this stop if at all possible due to reasons above, you just dont mess with a drivers coffee, and that seems to be an issue here

This place is "THE WORST" IN EVERY SENSE!!! Firstly, there is only one way in and one way out.. You have to enter and loop all the way around to get to the fuel island, and if its busy and no trucks are leaving well yeah.. Everyone gets stuck and the truck traffic flows out onto the main road. Secondly, this is a pattern with each and every Pilot, they are always too small and so the truck traffic is literally pouring out onto the main road, and these truck drivers have no common sense so they just block the intersections as they please.. It took me 15 mins just to get a pump. Also, there are only about 20-25 parking spots, what a joke..

Never any parking. Dont stop here unless your out of fuel. This place is always packed with trucks. It could take you a hour just to get fuel and leave. P.S. Rest Area is just over the hill on 64, and its much nicer. On the other hand. If you do get lucky and find a parking spot, their some of the nicest folks youll ever want to meet. I hope Pilot /Flying J takes an initiative and purchases the lot next door for parking. They could add 100 parking spaces and they would still fill up here. Plus if they find more employees like they already have this be one of the most popular stops on interstate.

Always extremely long lines due to the amount of truckers filling out paperwork. Employees never seem engaged with their job. Subpar service to say the least. They do not offer cash back which is a huge disappointment. Gas is of the lowest quality. Once, it was so watered down, it froze in my gas line one cold night. I will be happy when the rumored Loves truck stop is built across the street to either give me an alternative place to go or at least create some competition to make Pilot have to perform better. Also it would cut down on the tractor trailer crowding problems at Pilot.

Ill give it a 3 only because I havent had issues fueling here. It is tiny! As truckers typically do, they park anywhere and everywhere.....makes this place much harder to maneuver and they have a god awful pothole as your swinging around the entry to the scale to hit the fuel island. Speaking of the scale, I do not see it being easy to get on from the entry side when parking is full. Every pump on the truck side also seems to leak a tiny bit at the handle, its not much but per truck per day, thats a lot of fuel being paid for and going to waste on the ground!

The store was clean and employees were nice and polite. As a truck driver Im more concerned with fueling and showers. This store had the cleanest and the most room that I have seen at a pilot in a long time. I typically dont stop at Pilot over night because of the showers being small and nasty. Having to do a 34 hour restart I had no choice. Not a bad 34 hours. Could use a tv in the eating area by subway.

Person operating cat scale: just because someone doesnt get truck number correct the first time around, doesnt mean they should be punished by having wrong truck number on cat scale ticket. We truck drivers dont have the freedom and liberty of choosing what truck stops to deal with, so be a little courteous, use the backspace key on keyboard to make these corrections.

Area is too small for the trucker. But, the worst part is that employee there be giving away the store product to local neighborhood guy that come in on regular. They are giving them beer, and food for free or buy one get the other free or at a great discount. Employee are friendly to the wrong one and shouldnt be giving no one anything for free.

We stopped by here in the car on our way to Richmond and to see how I can add another truckstop to my list when we are in the RV, It is newly built and somewhat small but I assume it has expanded by now, the burger King next door was new as well and the food was great. I gave it a 3 due to the size until this year we stop by for another visit,

Ive stopped here twice both times Ive had a few parking spots to choose from! I also have tmobile and have no issues getting on and watching a movie so good service showers dont know havent taken one yet here but I will today! And so far every staff member has been nice but I guess everyones experience is different

Store and parking is small , but the staff does go over and beyond. Hernandez every time I am in there is running back and forward cleaning or cashiering . If I dont see it he will find it . You will even see the managers in the bathroom cleaning . Thumbs up

Waited over 30 min to get a scale done when told to come inside was told they lost my ticket and Id have to go around again worst pilot Ive been to in the whole country it shouldnt take over an hour to get a scale ticket especially w rude managers

I came in at 11:15PM and there were no showers available. Waited or over 45 minutes to get a shower. I wouldnt have hard feelings about it if I hadnt went back there and seen every shower was empty. Nobody took the time to clean them.
