I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIFIC!.. i went in, got in line. The girl at the front end of this register was already SNOTTY. so, we ignored her rude remark telling her BOSS to take our order insted.. went on, ordered. Got our food rather quickly to be honest, ( the issue does not lie there) [ my husband and i are traveling, we DO NOT live in PA. ] we had brought our IPAD into the fast food place. (We had been driving for approximately 6 hours. ) we were watching a show on OUR ipad and i kept feeling people talking and whispering and staring. I ate my food. Then went to refill the cup, and i hers the girl say on her headset to someone.... "theyre leaving." Whiever she had said that too must not have herd her and she repetaed it louder whilst placing her hand over her mouth to "keep me from hearing" unfortunately, i heard her. So i asked, Is there a problem, she replied so damn snottily " were not a movie theater". Sorry BUT LAST TIME I CHECKED:::::::::>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>><

I do love their food but this particular one is terrible. The staff act like theyd rather be anywhere else but there. I even had one staff once make a racist comment about another staff - directly to me. Most often you end up having to wait for something to be cooked. Theyre often out of something you order. And worst of all, for whatever reason, prices just skyrocketed. The meal I always ordered that cost $9 suddenly went up to $11...and it originally used to cost $7something when it first opened. $11 for a one-person fast food meal is RIDICULOUS. They probably needed to raise prices to cover poor sales at this location...seriously. I just drove by tonight (8pm on a Friday) and there was one car in the lot. Oh and if you go through the drive thru (which is dangerously narrow) and they ask you to wait in the lot while something cooks, be prepared to have to go in to get it. Ive had this had several times...usually they say *3min* while fresh chicken cooks...and you wait forever until either they finally bring your food out or you have to go in and get it because they forgot (literally). I once timed it how long it took...22 minutes. For drive through food. So yeah as much as i love Popeyes chicken, i wont pay these prices and the Quakertown restaurant is horrible.

The food here is usually just ok but last nights order was bad! First of all we had our order almost completed when they told us they were completely done with the advertised special of hot honey crunch tenders so after ordering the food we wanted we had to reorder all over again because of the employee didnt even know that they were finished with that special until another worker told her. Then we were promised fresh mild tenders but wed have to wait longer.....so after about 15-20 min we got our order and went home to eat. The chicken was ice cold and rubbery so there was no way it was freshly made and I am pretty sure the Cole slaw had soap in it because it tasted of it and there were soapy like bubbles in it. We barely ate any of it! What a waste of time and money that was!

The food was great although it was a bit disturbing to have the shift supervisor scolding the crew on the front line even my 9 yr old was bothered by the way he was talking to the girls at the counter saying thats bad for business. which in fact to me the girls seemed very helpful to us they where cleaning when we got there and helped me out with my baby because of this I cant give a 5 star

For being the known for chicken. They didnt do a good job at this place. I dont know if it was an off day or what. Our chicken was some how juicy but burnt. Our biscuits were like hockey pucks. The fries were the only thing we got that was good. I have eaten at other Popeyes before and never had a poor experience like this. I would still give them another try.

The food here is ok but the drive though takes an absurd amount of time. Every time I use it I feel as though Im taking a driving test because of how narrow and difficult it is to navigate. Ive also noticed they use leaf blowers to clean out the parking lot and just blow all their garbage into the bushes rather than pick it up.

Wonderful food, definitely my favorite chicken place, decent prices, generally friendly staff. Only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is the fact that they were blasting Indian music over the speakers in the dining area which made it difficult to carry on a conversation with my daughter.

The restaurant was dirty and trash was all over the floor. The bathroom was no better. There was toilet was clogged the sink was running, you couldnt shut it off. Toilet paper all over the bathroom floor. In the dining room, the music was so loud you had to yell just to be heard.

The chicken white meat chicken was a bit dry. Staff was also 3 of 5. Went to the restroom to wash my hands , it looked like it was never attended to from when they opened. I also dont know how or why chicken was on the floor but Ill pause it there. Most likely not going back here

Ordered 5 piece chicken tender and they came out barely cooked still some raw chicken in there took it up to the counter and all the manager at the cash register said no one else is complaining about it this place should be shut down before someone gets killed

Ordered a 3 piece for both my wife and I was given 2 2 piece meals (good thing I noticed the mistake) but then the chicken turned out to be way overcooked or had been under the heat lamps too long.very dry to say the least

Worst Popeyes I have ever been to food had absolutely no flaver was cold. The only reason this place even gets 1 star is because the girl at the counter was friendly other then that it is a joke of a place

Kinda Clean seating area... Bugs flying around the soda area Chicken between cold and warm. Only 1 Apple pie... 7min wait for 2 more for my kids.. Respectful staff though but I wont come back here

Disgusting!!! Filthy doors and windows, flies everywhere! It was 12:30 in the afternoon...no cars had been there and tables were dirty! We walked in, looked around and walked out! Never again!!!!
