I usually never have a problem here BUT I NEED to share this.. been going here for years and again, never had a problem. We got the usual two popcorn chickens we always get (and we live in Jersey so quite the ride) .. after we got home my husband says he cant eat it and I look at it and I see its aS minimal cooked as you can get. AGAIN, all the times this has never happened. SO, we bring it back the next day and the (I believe assistant manager.. brown hair, in 20s has braces) .. REFUSES to give us two new ones and takes the two we brought back and says all she can do is give one NOT even apologizing about it or being semi nice about it. They KEPT the two and give us ONE. They just lost my family as loyal customers for YEARS!! ... not to mention they probably put the bad chicken back in for someone else being they "thought" nothing was wrong with it....

The manager here is absolutely amazing. He is engaging and really makes the experience wonderful & he is always upbeat. Lines move quickly and efficiently while he recites your order at pick-up! He always has compliments for everyone, He thanks EVERYONE ALL AGES for purchasing. Plus he is always visible and not hidden. I noticed All the crew respects him. Respect is earned & he is well deserved of it. This KFC is always immaculate & they DO NOT clean while your eating like other places . I live a distance & its worth the travel of 6 years to it!

I live about 25 minutes from this location and would drive to this location if I lived an hour away! EVERY single time I order food the person at the register is extremely polite, gets my order right 100% of the time, AND the food is always ready before I even fill my drink at the fountain . Courteous, professional, and CONSISTENT! As a manager of a local Verizon business whoever is the manager of this location you are doing a excellent job! Keep up the great work !

Tonight was our first time visiting this location. Our daughters field hockey leagues up there now. We were so hungry and beat from the heat. So to be greeted so friendly and have a smile brought to our faces by the staff was so cool. Food was great too. It was amazing to hear the manager telling customers "I love you just in case no one else had said it to you today" just beautiful!

Omg!! I Looooove, love, LOVE the new Georgia gold chicken tenders!!! I mean just when ya think KFC couldnt possibly get any better then their already perfect menu...., BAM.... THEY DO!!!! Seriously... Like I honestly love this new sauce SOOOO much that not gonna lie Id probably eat it straight out the garbage!!! Thats how good it is!!! Lol....Give yall 10 stars if I could!! XoXoXo

Professional yet friendly service. Very welcoming atmosphere and the food service and quality was great. Everything was hot...a real hot meal. My partner who isnt a huge KFC fan said, "wow this is better than what I expected..or what I wanted to get. A $5 fill up meal is worth it."

Great food, great pricing and excellent staff. We love the fact that its mostly high school/college employees working here. Its a great opportunity for them to earn money and to perfect their skills interacting with the general public. Very nice "eat in" atmosphere as well.

The manager (I believe hes Sri Lankan ) is very efficient and accurate. I always get my order hot quick, and correct when he is there. I believe his name is Vic. When hes not there I usually wait a few minutes. The chicken is fresh and good here.

Best KFC in the U.S.!! The managers are super nice and helpful, clean store, quick service, and the only KFC ive been to without a drive thru so they get to know their customers and their orders!!! KFC Stroudsburg rocks!!

I went there a couple of times and the manager . Brown hair braces was being very bossy to her employees I felt so bad But the employees still put on a smile. Food was good definitely will be back
