My son works at checkers and he tells me that the management frequently tells customers that theyre system is down. At first i thought it was a joke until one day i dropped him off and the manager did just that! When i told the manager who i was and threatened to contact theyre corporate office magically the systems was back on after i was told that it would be down for 15 min. This happened with more than one of theyre managers before they all found out who i was! So for me the food is decent but they have far too many lazy people working at the one on S 4th st in ALLENTOWN PA. Anyone driving by can see the works the majority of the time hanging out outside smoking! I DONT know WHO owns this particular one but if you dont start overseeing this situation soon you will be going out of business!!!! I bet money i am not the only one this has happened too!

Im so disturbed about the way my food was when i got home and opened up my sandwich was all full of grease then not well rapped the bun to my burger was smushed up i was a daily customer and i will never come back my fries were cold as ice im disgusted place should be shut down i also came back to speak to a manager this white girl is the night maneger i asked her to speak to a on sight manager while she was on the phone arguing with somebody over cigarettes she told me im the manager i told her if i can have a word with her she said okay went inside closed the door on my face and never came back out DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ! The wait is longer then what it should be and the employees talk to you however they feel like it! 1 less customer!

My order was all messed up I waited 20mins in line when there was only one other car in front of me. When I went to eat my chicken sandwich I tasted and noticed something slimmy when I open my sandwich it looked like a wad Of spit. Im 39 weeks pregnant and couldnt stop throwing up after realizing some low life spit in my food. I will never go back to this place ever. This place is the lowest of the low fast food restaurant I hope they get shut down. I will be in contact with the better business bureau and the City health department for im sure they will frown upon this. I also witnessed them drop wings on the floor pick them up off the floor and put back in the frier for another customer, just fowel.

They have good food at a cheap price but the service is always awful. They seem understaffed and its always a long wait for your food rather you walk up or drive-thru it. Double check your order before you leave and theyll fix it if its not right. Sadly, you always have to double check before you leave or else youll might not get your fries or realize your plain burger is full of toppings. By 9-10pm theyll say certain machines are down for the night even though theyre open till 3am. Some of the employees arent bad and are even friendly, but others are rude and provide poor customer service. Hopefully theyll get more employees and the service will improve here.

I went there tonight at 11pm and ordered 5 piece wings. The guy in the kitchen screamed at us in a really mean tone through the window "did you pay" and we said no. He then yelled that the wings would take 15 minutes. Okay so I understand that youre overwhelmed by orders, but you should really not yell at your customers. We just told them we would not like our order and to have a good night. It just makes me sad that people can be so mean to complete strangers. You work in customer service. Please have some people skills.

Went through the drive through thinking it would be faster. No one was in front or behind us. Pulled up to the window and waited for someone to greet us. Finally after we said something we got an answer. We had a simple order and it took forever to fill it. Then to top it off they forgot the fries. Good thing we checked the bag before we left. And the stacker machine was "down". Yeah right. Too much work for them. I would not waste your time going there. The employees are useless and lazy.

I have been going there since my wife has been pregnant she craves the slussies we drove from Bethlehem to the checker to find out they couldnt serve us the slussie she order do to lack of lids so if I order a soda they would of had a lid the cup for the slussie and the sodas take the same lid the guy name was Scott we even told him we didnt care about the lid he said I still cant serve you the slussie like really I thought coustmer was always right its now 1058 pm my wife isnt a happy campper

FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER GO TO CHECKERS. I went to checkers to try their deal 4 for 3$ which isnt bad but the experience was horrible. Customer service was bad, people were rude. And the 2 people in front of me also had A bad experience. We all waited for our meal 20 MINUTES. The one asked for his refund cause all he ordered was 2 cheeseburgers. While we waited all i seen the drive thru flying by total of 6 cars while I was still waiting for my food which wasnt much?? Never again.

This checkers is the worst fast food than I have been. First the when you go to the speaker to order you have to hold minimum 20 minutes, then when you go to window another 20 minutes to get your order. And if you dont check your order before you leave!!!!!¿¿?believe it is wrong, or your BUN IS HARD AS SHITTT!!!! This is just too much. Discusting inside and employees clothes are worths!!! What happend to the owners??, where is USDA?? THIS SHOULD NOT BE A RUNNING!!!! Asqueroso!!!

I like checkers but their drive thru is very slow. Also if your using the drive thru be sure to check your order before you leave. One time they gave me the wrong meal and i didnt realize it until i got home. Sucks cause the meal i got was less than what i paid for and not as good as what i ordered (ordered a baconzilla meal got a regular rally burger meal) plus i didnt want to drive all the way back. Oh well. Live and learn.

Food is really good, but really pricey. The seasoned fries are the best. Their drive through sucks though. The had both lanes open one day so I picked the left lane and drove up to the menu board. They then proceeded to tell me this lane wasnt open, and that I would need to drive all the way around again to get in line.

Was the worst servace. Things that we ordeded got told they did not have after we ordered and payed. Took over 15 minutes for food to come to window and it was cold. No napkins or catuchup in bag. To me I think these things are unexcussable for a fast food company. Was disopointed for my first experience with checkers.
