(This is a Warning) Extremely! Bad customer service. Just so that theres no misunderstanding, customer service is not defined by polite individuals, customer service is how you serve the customer in order to provide satisfaction. Today being my birthday, I made reservations yesterday to go here, on their website they state that they have entertainment upstairs, they call it (Hells Attic Arcade) to make sure we were able to get in, I asked for reservations for the arcade upstairs, I was told that they do not make reservations for the arcade upstairs, they only make reservations for downstairs, where the food is prepared and served, so I asked that my reservations be made for downstairs, since we were going to eat first anyway. We arrive at the schedule time, and placed orders for almost $100 worth of items, we even left tips as is customary for the waitress. So now done eating and on our way up stairs to the arcade, we were stopped, we were told that we are not allowed to go upstairs because it had been reserved by others for the rest of the night, I explain to them i was told that they do not make reservations for the arcade, so why are they are now telling me I am not allowed to go upstairs because someone else has made reservations for it? Well my birthday turned out to be an extremely short one due to their incredible lack of customer service, I say lack of customer service, which is looking on the bright side, because if it was not a lack of customer service, then it was something much worse, and I would hate to think that there was some sort of racial discrimination taking place, on top of all this, the food that I ordered did not have the flavor as the menu had described, which was a Citrus Steak, I was not offered the opportunity to change it for something else, nor to receive a refund, this place was not at all concerned about customer satisfaction, So my curious readers, you have now been warned!

We eat out often, and I can confidently say this has been one of the worst dining experiences we have had... Reservations at 745, seated right away. 45 minutes until we ordered. 45 minutes later we received our food... kind of. I ordered a bowl of soup and a wedge salad. When she brought the food out, she informed us that they were out of the soup and were out of croutons for the salad. Well my salad didnt have croutons anyway, I got a bowl of lettuce in dressing (and charged $9 for it), no bacon, blue cheese onion etc. No offer of something else to eat, or anything! My husband kindly split half his sandwich with me, as after almost a two hour wait for food, I was starving. We are currently sitting in another restaurant for our dinner, we will not be back. We should be refunded for the $50 we spent, but by the time we could leave we didnt feel like trying to track down the waitress to argue about the bill. The restaurant was not full at all, and our waitress was apologizing to everyone. We barely saw her, no water refills, no checking in, we asked for the bill and handed her the card because we were too hungry to wait any longer to get back 30 mins later. Management does not know how to run the place, there was probably 4 people working the whole place. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pros: love the atmosphere, decor, picture worthy place. Clean bathrooms. Food was good. The wings where the tops for Lancaster. The veggies that they included with the ny strip steak was awesome. They have a game room upstairs with a bar. We played cornhole, uno and darts. They sell the artwork on the walls. Has a definite hipster feel. Cons: services was quite slow. The steak and mac n cheese were okay. The oysters never got to our table even after reminding our waitress, 2x. The place is still young and wet behind the ears, pun intended( check out bonus points) Bonus points: because of my disability the tall tables where i can stand and eat are perfect height. The roof had a little leakage which wet my hubby and and the table next to us ( behind the ear... get it, lol) but the owner offered us compensation for the mishap, i thought that was chivalrous. Definitely go again.

Food was very good; solid brew pub-type selection. The fish tacos and burgers were terrific. Beer selection was large but nothing I sampled really knocked my socks off, unfortunately. Solid Saison, the usual lineup of a citrus IPA, etc. Nothing wrong with any of the beers I had; just didnt find one I REALLY want to come back for. Very cool building but the cavernous room was LOUD and yet it was only about half full on a Sunday afternoon, cant imagine how loud it would be at 8p on a Friday or Saturday.

The building they restored for this brewery/restaurant is amazing. Its on the outskirts of downtown, so while its not walking distance for most, the location is convenient. They have great craft beers brewed on site that rotate fairly regularly. The reason for 3 stars, the food just isnt that good. Limited menu, which would be ok if it was all slammin, but past two times Ive been there it seemed like they were hiding behind a ton of salt in literally both entrees we had and apps.

I typically go the Spring House Taproom on King Street for $1 tacos on Tuesday, but this is also an excellent location. The main brewery here has a much better food selection with a lot of unique dishes. The atmosphere is equally great but in a different way as its a converted warehouse. You cant go wrong with either spot. The brewery has better food and its own parking lot, but the taproom has nice specials and is very convenient being situated in downtown Lancaster.

Found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Superb local craft beer. I came on a Wednesday and they had some local live music. Couple of guys playing music seemed to fit the old warehouse well. The location is very convenient. It is just outside of downtown. The food was definitely top notch. They have many unique items on the menu. There is everything from burgers to fresh oysters to cheese platters. I will 100% be returning for more of everything.

Not only does this place have amazing, award winning, beer, the food is top notch. This isnt your normal pub-grub. This place has a 5-star chef cooking up a custom menu. The creations are a little crazy and a lot of amazing. Be warned, if youre looking for nachos and wings, this isnt your place. But if you want big city creations on a small town budget, with the best beer youll find in the city - this is where you want to go.

Limited but good food selection. The food tastes great and if you are an IPA or stout person, this place is for you. If you are not an IPA, porter or stout person like my wife and I, you will be disappointed. They were out of Wit beer and had no pils, heles, or anything else but IPAs or stouts. Still, if you are a beer fan you need to check this place out, especially if you like eating or drinking outside.

Service was terrible. Arrived and seated by 1 pm didnt receive our food until 237 pm and all we had ordered was a Cobb salad and chicken cheese steak. Love the beer and the food wasnt bad either but the lack of customer service and overall inattentive attitude of the people working here is absoulutely absurd. We will not be dining here again and hope others have a better experience than we did.
