Recently moved here and wanted a good Asian cuisine to visit regularly. They have some good options that I could frequent for. But, there is one employee who is extremely rude demeanor. I ordered by phone and came to pick up my food. I notified that I was here to pick up my food. I didnt even get an acknowledgment of my presence, just looked at me. He continued to process, while i waited paitently. He continued to do his work, and even seated other customers, while I was just standing slightly off to his right. Mind you, I could see my food right behind the counter. I shurgged it off. But when I requested for a fork, he rudely said, check your bag (which is stapled). In my past 7-8 orders, I never had a fork or spoon. I was very upset by this. Later in the evening, came back with some friend, got a very nice employee to make us drinks and take our order, but this same guy processed our order, and added >15% gratuity to the order. Appalling. Aside this unpleasant experience, I have good experiences before. There is extremely nice staff aside the "rude" employee. All my other visits, were taken by a young, adorable staff member, who was very courteous and pleasant. I will go back, but ask for another employee if needed.

I visited the place on a whim as it is close to my job. The decor is nice and the food is pretty good. But the customer service was lacking. The waiter was curt and only tended to us when it was time to take our order and then again to drop off the check. I flagged him down once to get a refill on water and like I said, never saw him again until he handed us the check. I went a second time, (hoping the first was a fluke) and had similar service. So now I simply have my lunch delivered! On a good note. Ive ordered many dishes from here and have enjoyed them all.

Ive no idea what all the reviews are on about. I went in thinking its a really good place and was hugely disappointed. The food was mediocre at best. I had specifically asked for my noodles to be prepared a certain way and they werent. I asked the waiter about my specific order request and he replied "Oh, the chef probably doesnt understand English". The food was badly prepared (both mine and my friends). I didnt try the sushi there, so Im not sure about that. I wouldnt return to this restaurant. Id prefer Lemon Grass restaurant just down the road over this place.

This place used to be pretty good, dating back decades to when it was House of Hunan. Unfortunately, it has gone way down hill in the last 10 years, to the point where I will no longer eat there. In the last year, since its move, it has become a modicum of poor service and mediocre food. Servers are clueless and inattentive. Food is bland, and portions continue to shrink. As someone who used to eat here weekly, I can no longer recommend even trying it. With so many other options nearby, there is just no reason to go here anymore.

Came in on a Monday at 4PM. Walked in, and the host was extremely rude upon greeting. The restaurant was completely empty so I asked if they were open and he ignored me and sat me and my party down. Then the waiter came and asked us if we wanted something to drink, I requested to give us a few minutes to look over the menu, and we received a very rude demeanor and response. To think that we were the only party there, they wouldve been more pleasant, but we got out and left. No wonder they were empty.

We have frequented Wild Rice several times and every experience is always great. The service is very attentive, the atmosphere is relaxing and the food is delicious as well as their sushi. I highly recommend the eggplant chicken, which is spicy but amazing! The only place I will order that dish. Also, Ive really enjoyed the Filet, which came with zesty wasabi mash and asparagus. I highly recommend this spot to eat plus its not in the mall, so to me that is a plus! Enjoy

We sometimes do take out, but often just go, sit at the bar and have dinner there. Always friendly and courteous. Love the Roast Pork Fried Rice, Shrimp Egg rolls and the Wonton Soup. The Crab filled Fried Wanton are also very good. Have not tried their rolls yet, but they look good. Wine list could be improved....only one cheap Chardonnay available, but they do make decent cocktails.

I love Duck wonton noodle soup, and the Chicken teriyaki bento box. I go there once a week for lunch or dinner take-out. I read all the other posts comparing it to an older restaurant. I moved to KoP 8 months ago, and so far I love this restaurant because the food is good and the price is even better. Sushi is not their best, so stick to the hot food menu.

Wild rice has fallen very far from its one time place among the upper-echelon Asian resturaunts in Kng of Prussia. Although they are reasonably priced and the delivery was prompt, the food was bland, and tasted as if it was left over from days past. All in all I would not reccomend this to even the most desperate seekers of an authentic taste of Asia.

Ordered a Thai curry: Hot, but without the blend of subtle flavors I expect from Thai dishes; the pieces of chicken were thin, but very large - not good when all you have is a fork and spoon; some of the chicken tasted a little gummy. The vegetable were first rate. The Thai iced tea was OK. And quite a bit overpriced for that level of mediocrity.

ordered sushi for delivery - the presentation was not pretty at all. my sushi roll was all over the box, which was not the worst part. i ordered brown rice sushi, and the rice was clearly old and so dry. my miso soup had no flavor, and the salad was a little bit of brown iceberg lettuce. wont order from here again!

The food was decent, but limited, which is odd for a Pan Asian restaurant. I wanted the pho with a combo of meats, which they were out of...and which only included rare steak, tendon and tripe. Hardly a great selection for a combo. That being said, the food was fair and the prices were as expected.

Delivered to the Hotel...quick and delicious! My daughter and I were very tired after spending the day at King of Prussia Mall. We were staying at the Inn of King of Prussia (great place) and decided to order Chinese. Wild Rice delivered quick and food was delicious! Thanks :-)

The place was empty on a Tuesday at 12:15...the servers were pleasant but food was mediocre (my side salad came out on a bread plate and was approximately 4 pieces of lettuce) and it took 30 minutes after we finished to get our check. Dont waste your time...or money.
