The manager was training a new girl who was very nice, smiling, and greeted me nicely, thanked me. The manager also thanked me by name after she wrote on my cup. The drink, peach citrus white infusion tea was good. The only negative is why write my name, when the girl who made the drink is all frowny and just says one word, "Infusion."

No matter the time there is always a line in this Starbucks. The staff are always chatting and making drinks incorrectly. My macchiato was black coffee with a pump of caramel that took 20 minutes to make. In other words, if you want your typical sweet, Starbucks drink take the extra 5 minutes and go elsewhere.

Quick baristas, great at pushing the new drinks without being annoying. I love to try new things here. The skinny, curly haired guy that works the drive thru is nice and always willing to let you know whats new and whats good.

Not sure if the staff could tell you the difference between a cappuccino and a latte... I seem to keep getting lattes instead if dry cappuccinos. Upsetting.

Worst Starbucks in this area. Long wait aside, the staff just simply cant understand no whipped cream on my drink! It happened more than once.
