I am not a fan of public bashing of a small establishment but guys please get it together. I order frequently as I am a huge supporter of small business and understand how hard it is to compete with big companies. Since change of ownership there has been no consistency. I feel like the products used in the cheese steaks have changed as has the chicken in say the double down. Today I got the double down and was happier than before with the chicken but there was no chipolte ranch or cheese on it. I do not blame the gentlemen who made my food, I think ownership and management need to take the time to teach in experience cooks how to make the food they want to sell. I want to continue ordering from you so please take the time to work with your staff, its not there fault if they have not been trained properly.

Gran Sasso is my go-to take-out pizzeria here in Kennett. Their crust is chewy and dense - similar (though not exactly like) the crust I grew up with in north Jersey. Pizza in the Phila/Wilmington vicinity is generally not great, but Gran Sasso does a decent job for a local place and in my opinion is the best "standard" style (non-gourmet) pizza in Kennett. I especially love their Wednesday night half-price deal! I dont dine-in but Google forced me to rate their decor and Service, so ignore my ratings in those categories.

I grew up across the street from here. Authentic and delicious cheesecakes. Get it with mushrooms and sautéed onions. Soft and chewy buns, juicy thin meat, the way it should be. mmmmm....Can you bring me one?

Cooks did a bad job fries were cold chicken cheese steak was horrible chicken was hard n chewy almost raw in texture. Ended up throwing it all in the trash.. pizza I give it 2 stars outta 5

The new ownership has not kept the old recipes!! Got a buffalo pizza and it was not as described as on the new menu/ they made it with red sauce!!!! I miss the old gran sasso already!!!!!
